Those who are struggling to understand the palace conspiracy and connections between all the political figures, trust me, the novel was equally as confusing, I had to read it several times to really understand whats happening and what characters are aligned with which faction. I appreciate that the drama isn't too politically heavy.

Yes, the drama is actually very romance focused and the leads start liking each other very early in the drama so its not a true slow burn. Definitely recommend you give it a try, its popular for a reason
