Mistress is a con artist. She works as a secretary in Shiyan’s company. We have not seen Shiyan interact with the mistress at all if they are related.

Who knows what’s their problem with his glasses. I love watching Dylan on variety shows ,,he makes it so entertaining. Dylan and BaiLu are very goofy in real life and in variety shows. This is also not Dylan’s first time dubbing and Never Give Up had great ratings. Maybe, I’m just to use to Dylan’s Mandarin/voice. Yes MangoTv helped him out at his low point. His manager already explained to his fans. And he kept his promise to the network. Overall this is a female centric drama with him as second billing, so his fans rather he pick something else. Another an example was with constant changing of script last minute (adding the side couples). Anyway, this is also the most toxic comment section I’ve been in of his drama.😄

The complaints are just about anything you can think of really but it’s nothing we haven’t seen in other dramas that are less enjoyable. I just really hate it when they attack him on a personal level—can’t hold his glasses, brainless on variety shows, can’t speak Mandarin…his OFL livestream was flooded with antis as well. The issue is the antis are working harder than the fans. I know his fans were against him taking this role but they need to step up. LOL

I think nowadays people are not use to slice-of-life office dramas without some blood puking, backstabbing, or affairs etc etc. 😄

I love the heart-to-heart scene very much. It truly showcased what Dylan can do as an actor. His drunken eyes, in subtle ways and with his expressions, told us the pain he was going through but also adoration for Shuyi at the same time. His emotions of warmth, sweet, hurt, sadness, and loving are all out. 🩷
