It’s his own voice. He’s no longer dubbed since after filming Unchained Love in 2021. He used to have a strong accent back when he debuted. His Mandarin is pretty good now.

For reference he was speaking in Sichuanese to his coworker in Ep1 and Ep10 to the silver gong supervisor.
