considering the amount of screen time for Li Ying Liang, he also should be listed as main role rather than a support role! he had even more screen time than Situ Wei Lian who is an actual main role lol!
I've just started this and I'm already doubting if it's worth my time!
in ep 1, ml keeps falling like he was hit with a bullet when hit by badminton ball... it's not that painful even if its hit strongly specially over clothes... they should've gone for tennis if they intended for hits and dramatic falls during the game...
(before anyone tells me about his leg injury, he fell dramatically even when it hit his upper body so it's just ridiculous)
the mountain scene in this episode looked like the budget was bad as well...
I was enjoying watching this for maybe 10 episodes or so and then it became so boring and I was hoping it gets better but eventually didn't. Ml was very annoying! how many times they gave him second chances? just seeing pretty faces isn't worth wasting my time on a drama. I watched the last episode just to see the ending but since I only watched 20 episodes I would mark this as dropped I guess.
amnesia in the last episode?? seriously? I'm glad I was more focused on second couple rather than the main! so his memories are now fixed after the second time he got hit in the head.. like how you fix a remote.. just tap twice lol what kind of trash writing was that?
the sisters are quite lucky! each got a hold of an official for their dad's case! though the older sister wasn't…
halfway through the drama I care more about Zhou Su An and Shen Ran's romance!! thank god they didn't kill her off or I would've dropped this right away!! she deserved happiness after divorcing her trash husband and Zhou Su An also was so in love that I felt bad for him.
the only thing I didn't like in the second couple's relationship was the fact that at some point shen ran was kinda punishing official zhou for Lidi's wrongdoings.. like he turned out to be a literal trash! but Zhou Su An had proved multiple times how much he would sacrifice to save her.. he helped her all this time..
all couples had a happy ending. Ai fixed her relationship with her son. the unapologetic mom of Masakazru got back to his dad after getting dumped and Masakazru forgave her. Erika's brother started trying to get back on his feet and started working in her bookshop or whatever that empty place was.
just finished it to see what happens to Masakazu and Erika... I hated both of their families and never wished for them to be forgiven! Ai annoyed me so much in the meantime and the other couples were either boring or cringe to watch! so I ended up skipping their bits since I didn't care about them.
He was the flower immortal lord and appears at the end of ep 15 till the end.he is the 2ml.I don't know how much…
you're welcome. yeah, he has decent screen time, though there are episodes with less screen time, since you are watching for him I think I should let you know he doesn't appear much in ep22 and has a very short appearance in ep21.
the drama itself didn't pick my interest until ep 5. although it's low budget it wasn't bad. At some point I was more interested in second couple and I lost interest in the main couple in the end.
now that I've finished watching, I think I liked the movie more than the drama adaptation of this story. the drama had more time exploring the timeline of the escape but the emotions and closure I got from the ending of the movie was superior for me.
my favorite character was definitely Hoshi!! he was such a good friend to both ml and fl. I think I might have dropped this drama if it wasn't for Hoshi!
I absolutely did skip fl's imaginations as I did in the first season. it was very cringe.the leads interactions…
they talked to each other but suddenly ml stopped being meal buddies and said sayonara!! isn't that stupid? it's not aligned with his characteristics... just because Reika told him he was being selfish! THESE 2 BONDED OVER THE FREAKING MEALS and now it's gone... Reika was the source of the misunderstanding.. and suddenly the leads don't communicate as they used to and ml decided to end it like that.. and he didn't expect to be misunderstood??
as if this wasn't enough, we get another misunderstanding on top of it! ml sees someone hugging fl and concludes it's over without confronting fl...
I wouldn't rewatch this even though it was resolved.
I absolutely did skip fl's imaginations as I did in the first season. it was very cringe. the leads interactions were cute, I liked how clumsy they were at expressing themselves but as I was so happily watching the clumsy relationship of the leads the misunderstanding that they added was so unneeded and killed the show for me!! (I'll write that in spoiler bellow) the food aspect of the drama improved a bit.

I don't know how much you want to know. I'm afraid I'll spoil it for you.
what do you want to know about his role?
