Oath of love was one of the most satisfying romance dramas I have ever watched!! It's been a long time since a drama could make me laugh, cry and feel many emotions and root for the characters... I will definitely re-watch it many times more!

I might have misunderstood your comment so I answer according to my 2 doubts, if you mean it as in GuWei being rejected by GaoXi, judging from GuWei's character, and the fact that we saw he nearly backed off when he thought LinZhiXiao liked her senior, he wouldn't have insisted on them being together. and if you meant her behavior as in meddling in GuWei's relationship with LinZhiXiao, GuWei isn't the kind to manipulate her relationships just for the sake of being together.
I'm glad Gao Xi is finally moving on, made me frustrated til she reached the stage of confronting GuWei about…
one more thing I want to add is, there wasn't really an opportunity for GuWei to reject her openly before GaoXi reaching out to him, it wasn't like they were together! and Gao Xi hadn't made a confession so I think it would have been inappropriate to reject someone who hasn't even confessed yet.

If you are new and debating if you should watch this drama or not, I recommend you to give it a shot. watch the first 6 episodes and then decide if you like it or not.. because in my opinion the gradual character development is so amazingly well done and it helps us understand why some characters behave as they do and let us feel their bonding.
so far I have watched 6 episodes and I love this drama!!! I rarely like romance dramas but in this one, one of the things I'm enjoying is things don't get dragged for long and comedy is just in right moments... one moment I'm ready to cry and then I suddenly laugh. I missed enjoying watching romance dramas and this drama gave me what I desired for so long.
