I agree with Sathiperera. If you didn't like *any* of the HIStory series, this one might not do it for you either.
This is what I mean. I liked this drama. It was predictable, but it was fun. I found the actors to be competent and the chemistry to be lovely. It's just that plot-wise, it was literally step-by-step, we know what's going to happen next and what the next line is (verbatim at that since we speak Chinese! lol). I say "we" because I watched this one with my bf. I just feel like this one, aside from slightly better acting skills (at times), could have been another one of the HIStory series installments. I'm also, personally, not new to BL either.

You used a lot more adjectives to talk *about* me than you used to talk to me directly. How mature. ^_^ You're still heavy in (weak) personal attacks and faulting in actual criticism of the subject matter. Since you spoke of sleep, why don't you go do that, sweetheart? When you want to present logic, in any form, the comment section will still be here.
I read the book and the end is a happy ending.Nevertheless there are a lot of differences between the book and…
- in the book Tan kills Por (I could see how that would have happened and I think they could have managed to fit this in the show) - in the book Pued is in love with Bun (HOLY SH*T lol)
Two things that made me go "Huh?" this last episode: 1. Why did Pued and why do people in shows always turn their backs on known murderers? lol 2. Why is Rungtiva the only one got the horrible death? I realize she was the only one that we know of who killed people, but the politician, the police chief, the judge, hell, even Por are all criminals. Nobody else even got so much as a punch in the face. I guess I could see the politician escaping given his high position and everything, but still.
Other than that, I enjoyed this series. I especially enjoyed the very mushy, quintessentially BL ending (sue me!)
not only Thai series, but another country is also doing a lot of weird BL series
Solid picks. I've seen them all except GSP and Nation's Brother. Addicted//Heroin was the first proper BL show I ever watched (not including some anime and very few gay Japanese films). Yeah, Addicted was the last real Chinese BL. Advance Bravely was categorically bromance, but it had its fair share of physically romantic parts. The Chinese app Blued has recently come out with a series of gay short films based on real stories. Last year, I think. In one of them, the guy is watching SOTUS on TV which I thought was cute.

I didn't even bother to watch the trailer of "My Gear and Your Gown" as the name just made my eyes roll to the back of my head. How was it? I gotten into any Filipino BL at all so far. I admit, I think I'm one of the people you mentioned who find the find the pretty boys in cute, lovey-dovey, fantasy situations to be appealing, so I think that's why I tend to be ever so slightly more forgiving to Thai and even Korean BLs in some aspects...and when it comes to The Philippines...not one actor has come across as remotely cute or handsome to me so far, so I've just kept putting them on the back burner. I'll get around to Gameboys at some point...some day. haha

I didn't try to twist anyone's arm and I didn't even put down your opinion (as you did). I just said I disagreed with that. I also didn't say Trapped was the best, nor that it was a ground-breaking either. And I didn't "keep judging that", I simply mentioned it. What I said is that they were both average.
I don't understand why you're trying to be so invidious. Relax.
