I first saw Familiar Stranger when this kind of format debut on YouTube and got to know Cheng Lei. Then, every time this director had something out, I would click and watch. He never disappoints!

Yes, the still have those frozen dead fish kiss among novice actresses but some pairs are really bold! 😂 And they get all the fans looking for their dramas, despite the same repeated manuscripts over and over 😂. We will have to compare favorite actors!

Sometimes a short-format/short story writer tells a better story, especially with this kind of story that has multiple layering. Also, this director excels in this theme of multiple lives with multiple agendas. I'm a fan!

Yes, I am a fan of the short form dramas, especially those taken from Douyin. OMG, those CEO dramas, LOLOLOL. Some of the kissing scenes are so hawt, esp with certain of the more famous actors of that genre.

The spicy scenes in the novel are numerous and better. 😂
