Thanks for sharing this. As an American, I don't speak any form of Chinese but through watching these dramas these past several months, I have learned some words and can tell when the name in the subtitle isn't what the actor said. Will train my ear to try to hear the difference.

He can try but will never succeed because in the span of a couple of months (if that) ML just gets her, while SML doesn't have a bloody clue!

My point is that at this point, he has let the misunderstand go and is actively, but sweetly with no pressure, pursuing her, and being a really good friend. In addition, he's providing her with work opportunities that will prepare her to lead the company in the future. Most happily, she is opening up to him and ready to be pursued.

The first five episodes were kind of slow, but it gets better and better each day!

I think that by next week our main leads could start their dating phase. From the previews, it seems that ML is headed to the mountains to pursue her!!! I bet he talks or texts with her after the photo scene with sullen second male lead and flies to her to cheer her up and have fun with her and her cousin.

I love how persistent he is in his pursuit without putting an ounce of pressure on her, which is making her start to gravitate toward him. But how funny was it when Chen told her to tell him to not be so obvious?!? LOL

I was smiling like crazy. He is the best thing to ever happen to her after the disaster that is our SML. He's kind, patient, open, adorable, unabashed. And Monkey King is his childhood idol!

He is the total opposite of SML. I was shocked when that one actually smiled in one of today's episodes and then soon after he returned to form as a sullen drunken drip.
