I don't think they'll take a DNA test. The photo says it all. I have no idea but kind of think she'll tell Min Seo first. That's what I would do because the mother is a little unhinged.

He did try to explain to Miyu that there was an emergency situation with influencer girl but he that he also drew a line with her. But as @JieJie has noted, Miyu has been in deep self-protection/survival mode so her instinct has been to run.

This was so interesting! I think she's finally overcoming her fears and getting a grip because after arguing with Ji Feng about influencer chick, she even asked herself, "What am I doing?" I think they're going to be okay now.

I KNEW she wouldn't kiss Tan jr., but to see Ji Feng flashing before her eyes as Tan leaned in was indeed something to behold. :)

To Miyu's defense, after she yelled at Ji Feng about influencer chick, she did pretty much ask herself why she was being such a bitch to him and tomorrow she will get it together.

I'm so glad that although we didn't see it, Ji Feng told Miyu that he made it clear to the influencer that they are a no-go. But apparently the silly girl STILL doesn't get it and it looks like she's STILL going to try to interfere in the main couple's relationship. Like, get a grip, girl.

Tan jr. is another one who can't take a hint. What don't he and influencer chick not get about what someone fleeing from a restaurant to get away from you means? Lol.

I think she just doesn't want to entertain a relationship in which there is even an iota of a chance that a third party is involved, but agree that she's not leading Tan jr. on and seems to set some boundaries. After the whole hearing aid debacle, she probably just wanted to have a break from the hotel and Shanghai and the exhibit was very tempting. Don't think she'll kiss him, though.

Before finally seeing the second episode yesterday I was so frustrated by the grandma's attempt at interference but after watching experienced extreme relief that our couple is holding strong. Loved how when ML told her to be patient because she wouldn't have to ride to work with the mother for much longer and she asked why, he was, like, "Because we're getting married!" He is so sweet.

That trip to the park with the grandparents was too sweet.

The FL's mother annoys me. I'm sorry she has cancer but when she said she wished her husband's response to the news was similar to ML's, I thought, you're the reason your husband feels hesitant to reveal his true feelings with your two beds and bad attitude.

I was surprised the younger sister kept her cool for so long and kind of proud of her. Do we think she will tell the mother or the daughter about their connection?

I wanted to smack him when he was being too familiar with her and the prince told him not to forget they're getting married and he smugly tells the prince that he knows their secret.

This is the first time she has had real feelings for a man so I won't be surprised if he feels tempted to sabotage the relationship. What he will do in the end is another question.

I don't think she's leading Tan on. In her mind she's just being friends with him and placing boundaries, like insisting that she pay for flight and hotel and tries to change the subject when he tries to get close. She may feel tempted for a moment when he moves in for a kiss, but I will be shocked if she goes for it.

That was too crazy. But then again, the mum said it was very expensive. Maybe it was designed with a careless kid in mind, lol. She should have had a cheaper back up, because boys will be boys.

I also think both ML and FML have limited romance experience. She's moving with extreme caution because she got so burned in her marriage and her husband was a scumbag and the SFL has been trying to run interference between the main leads. He was wrong to not be open about his past relationship with 2FL, but I think he didn't want her to overthink things. But he definitely should have told her that they were in a relationship before but he has not romantic feelings for that woman at all.

As for Tan jr., I think he definitely at a minimum senses the romantic tension between the main leads, especially after that painting analogy she used at dinner about her feelings for ML. He is using her passion for art to woo her. Don't think she will accept his kiss.

Okay. Let's just agree to disagree.

Nothing was dumped onto her lap. She saw the bottom half of a photo sticking out of FL's bag and took it upon herself to take a peek. And she didn't need to be in that girl's bedroom. Ju A clearly values her privacy, which is why she told her to knock and not just enter.

Obviously Ju A cares deeply for this man but is trying to not rock the boat with the family and thus has kept it a secret. She dumped that romance onto her own lap and now wants to get all up in other people's business.

From what I can tell from the trailers, they finally get together tomorrow. Influencer chick has her crisis and he has to help her. Miyu gets mad because of gossip but it seems he reassures her or maybe Miyu is still mad (I think it could be the latter. She has a temper, our girl). Influencer chick tells Miyu she tried to get back and maybe admits she got shut down because later she seems to be asking Ji if he ever considered or thought about her and it looks like he says yes, but they may be trying to trick us and he'll then actually say, like he thought about her during whatever period before meeting and growing to care for Miyu. Then they show Miyu running up to Ji wanting to make up. They get along from then on but Tan jr. has a little trick and professional challenge up his sleeve that he's going to use to win her over but it's futile because she's in too deep with Ji and not looking to increase her body count.

It's insanity, but I still am having a blast with this series.

In an upcoming episode, influencer chick actually still tries again to drip poison into Miyu's ear about getting back with him and also does the "what about me" bit with him. She's fast becoming a viper.

As @paxxie said, everyone has different standards.

Being her boss does not prevent his heart from opening up to her or feeling jealous, but it does make it more difficult for him to navigate that fine line between the personal and professional. And I think that outside of work he is a very introverted person, which adds to his struggle--and the viewers'.

Also, it's not like he's constantly yelling at her and/or for no good reason. Getting blackout drunk and carried through the hotel lobby by a guest is not a good look by any stretch of the imagination and provides fodder for malicious gossip and minion mutiny. He absolutely should not have yelled at her like that, but he apologized to her and also totally supported her when Bai and those girls tried to use it as an excuse to fire or demote her.

Knowing her background is also part of why he's been a bit reticent and doesn't want to push her farther than she's ready to go in the romance area. But because he does care for her and respects her drive, he has paved the way for her to soar to great career heights and supports her ideas and entrusts her with important opportunities. Who doesn't want a partner who thinks like that?
