This movie starts out funny but then quickly gets very confusing and much less funny. The first half is basically a boring mess with ghosts haunting a home/boarding school/motel (it's not really clear just from watching). The second half becomes more coherent and interesting. The actors do a pretty good job with what they have, but the story could have used more set up in the beginning. In the end, everything is clear, and obviously the confusion is partly intentional in order to have the big reveal at the end, but I think it could have been much more clearly set up.
