After watching several lakhorn series, I had my doubts about this one. But after reading a review I decided to give it a shot. I must admit that I am pleasantly surprised by the series. It was actually really good. The plot was so unlike any other lakhorn series that I’ve seen. There was no cheesy moments, no extra dramatic females. No jealous ex. Just straight good stuff. Then chemistry between the leads was absolutely perfect. It has so much emotional depth that you could understand each characters feelings and delima. There was romance, action, tear jerker moments, stress and some hilarious moments (lots). Highly recommend this to anyone looking for an upbeat romantic and often funny series.

The title angel revenge revenge is perfect for this series. This was 103 episodes. Of those about 99 were trying to get revenge. If you’re into revenge dramas you make like this. The acting was good and there was always something going on that kept you engaged. The only thing that I didn’t like was the length. Again, the show was okay but due to my personal preference I’m 50/50 on this one. #1 I’m not a fan of drawn out dramas #2 I absolutely dislike dramas that have drawn out reveals and I mean drawnnnn out. Literally took 90 episodes for everyone to know the truth. 90 out of 103 is too much secret. #3 that sacrificial breakup and the rushed ending of togetherness. #4 relationships built of deceit changes everything which is boring and makes the previous episodes somewhat obsolete. No rewatch value here.

This series was soooo good. I watched it on YouTube. Not the greatest quality but the story will pull you in. I was sad, happy, frustrated, mad and so much more. Family drama, wicked relative, revenge, action, redemption, love, chemistry. It has it all. I loved the character development. Over time you are able to see the characters mature and grow. Just great. Definitely a must watch and most likely a rewatch.
I didn’t know what to expect and in truth the beginning episodes will throw you off a bit but if you can get through the first two episodes you will not stop watching.

The princess agent the ending.

the series is interesting and has had many scenes that you get really excited. The plot and the twist are definitely real starting at episode one. I will admit that I am getting a few of the male characters mixed up but overall it is still entertaining. I am getting a teen like vibe from this series which is not awful but for me it is somewhat immature. Even though they have their own personalities and strengths the main leads are or at least appear to be teens and their personalities appear to match that as well. I somewhat feel like I’m watching a Percy Jackson or Harry Potter series. The possibility of any relational depth is almost impossible however character depth will come, I’m certain.
The series gets better as it progresses. The fight scenes were amazing as were the dialogue between the cast. The only negative thing I can say about the series so far is that it’s not fun having the main lead be a weak person. This is the second or third series that I have watched within the last few months that had the male lead written as someone who was weak or really gentle. Don’t get me wrong there’s nothing wrong with a person being kind hearted however when you’re watching an action film where there is fighting, it kind of sucks to have the lead being someone who is almost always inferior to everyone else except when his power kicks in. He is almost always weak or faints. His fight scenes are pretty cool though. When they happen!

Positive: great acting, attire, action and scenery and Character development.
Negative: for me it’s confusing with so many side characters/clans and stories because I’m not sure who is who. If your good at following tribes and names this won’t affect you. The plot seems to get lost within all of the stories. Around episode 49 I could no longer tell what the point was. There is a cliffhanger ending, no doubt they plan to do another season but after 56 episodes, I needed closure and didn’t get it.

Warning: the image used promotes a cheery vibe but it is not cheery at all.
Many of the viewers have commented on this series comparing it to meteor garden because of one of the main cast. I agree that the setting is somewhat similar however the series itself is very melancholy compared to meteor garden. I will not reduce a star due to the acting because the acting is good. I have however reduce stars due to the cliché and overused plot, that being the self-sacrificing for friends routine and living in misery. In addition to this I find that the main female character was a bit unstable and scary. While most people sympathized with the main lead I found her character to be somewhat controlling, sneaky and flaky. I used more gentler terms here. There were too many fights and make ups to ever get a real sense of a budding romance. There was zero chemistry between the two leads, male and female. In addition to that the series is called another me. But up to this point I cannot see how the story connect with the title. I am certain that the series is about two friends however they have unfortunately shown more of the boring and unstable friend versus the one who is more outgoing. I have essentially begun to skip past the first female lead to get to the life of the second female lead because it has a little more spunk to it.

The series took about 30 episodes to get interesting and even then it didn’t last long. One let down after another for the character. Seriously, it was like “what next”

Although it picks up after episode 30, my honest opinion is that you will begin to notice a trend going on. And that trend is one friend rescuing the other over and over again and being put down when things don’t go the way the other people intended it to. You will notice a pattern of sadness and selfishness.

I watched the last four episodes with only partial subs and I will say that it was a mirrored reflection of the entire series which was slow, uneventful and sad. although there were a few things that were heartfelt or emotional it was nothing different from the beginning. To this point I cannot see how the title ties into the series at all. Maybe I skipped a scene or two and the term another me was used, I have no idea. I absolutely, most positively cannot recommend this series to my hopeless romantic‘s, action films lovers, comedy lovers, cuteness lovers, great chemistry lovers or those that like a good plot. This series lacks all of those things. This series reminds me of one of those stories where everyone is depressed and resolved to be miserable. They wrap up the ending with a somewhat more positive note but still sad for some. Just noooo.

Comparison:
“meteor garden” but much sadder and slower pace-painfully
“Ode to joy” but slightly slower and less humor
“Single ladies senior” but much longer

Must watch.

This was surprisingly good. I really loved it. I was hesitant based on the synopsis but I’m glad that I watched it. It was very unique. The storyline was one that I’d never seen so I was definitely always wondering what would happen. I think the build up was good. There were few and short lived misunderstandings. Things were cleared up well and the ending was great.

Bold ML and a clever FL. The chemistry was one scene which made it even better.

You’ll get the obsessive person, the scheming person, the vengeful person, the deceiver, the lover, the chemistry, loyalty, brotherhood, good fight scenes and I do mean gooood. ML was a beast. Love, love, loved it.

I think the synopsis is not completely accurate. It’s not simply rich/poor artist meets girls. There’s most definitely more behind it. Overall the movies was okay and has some twist in it. It was sweet and mellow. Rain does an amazing job as usual.
In summary, the tile is for love or money and that’s completely what the sho is about. Are you with them for love or for the money. In this case this is what the audience will have to wait and see. There is a little action, some plot twist, romance and humor. Overall quite good.

This series got such a high rating that I figured it has to be good but I will honestly say that this is the most complicated, weirdest creepiest series that I have watched in a long time. Don’t get me wrong it wasn’t extremely scary or creepy it was just not cool. First I cannot begin to explain what in the world was going on in the beginning, middle and part of the end. Near the end of the series was when somebodysomeone explained what 2as going on. that was just really too late in this series to explain to the viewers what was happening. The entire series was flip-flopping back-and-forth between past and present. I have no idea what was going on in episode one. I honestly just thought it was like a depressed person that was missing their love ones or something like that but it was way more complicated. I did not find the series romantic, heartfelt or thought-provoking. I honestly felt it was kind of dark. It is just a real no for me. The acting was great and that’s the only positive that I personally can give. I may just be a simple person but it was just to confusing and gloomy.

Ep 1-28 Goodness gracious. Our female lead is naive/gullible, to the 1st degree. I don’t mean the cute and charming kind, I mean the common sense kind. Sorry, not sorry. I just watched 28 episodes of PR stuff with a lead who seems to lack any business sense. I mean she seemed to lack the business sense of a common person ???‍♀️. The comment while viewing were flooded with ?‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️?‍♀️ and why whenever she did something.

No real chemistry between the leads yet but I’m hopeful. I will also say that it’s listed as a romantic comedy but I’m not getting the romantic comedy vibe, it’s more business and scheming. Theme song gives off an upbeat, intense vibe but it doesn’t accurately depict the mood. The series itself is somewhat slow.
Ep 28-end- pace picked up. It was a little more engaging but still confusing. Half the time I had no idea what they were talking about. This is a first for me. Absolutely clueless about events, plots and etc.
I enjoyed our female assistant/investigator. She’s quick, smart and entertaining. Our male lead is smart and quick which keeps you entertained.

The mini series without a plot

This series is a mini series, 22 total episodes, supposedly 10 minutes each but it’s really about 7 minutes each. It revolves around a fairy/food deity being sent to the human world for punishment but it talked a turn because upon her arrival there is slight chaos in the home and apparently she is already fated. Okay, I know it sounds weird but this short story has so many plot holes that it was really hard to figure out the point of anything. As we get to the end, we are life with an unprecedented cliff hanger and it appears purposefully done. Although the cast were leads were good in appearance it couldn’t make up for this choppy series and ended like it was a commercial break.
Is it worth the watch? No, not in my book.
Why? Nothing made since and it was too choppy to really understand things. On top of that no growth making it hard to like anyone.
Would I recommend? No because their was no plot or reason,
Is it romantic? Nope
Is it cute? Nope, just people dressed up nicely.

Perfect

This movie was definitely an unexpected surprise. In truth I’ve watched various series from so many countries and usually when you get to this one it’s some type of mellow dramatic show where the actors are the actresses are over acting and the scenarios are exaggerated but this one was the complete opposite. I found myself laughing out loud so many times. The supporting cast was hilarious and the two leads were awesome. They had an amazing chemistry and everything about their relationship just felt natural.
I know this was a movie but I have to tell you that they’re acting was so natural I felt so genuine. Even the humorous parts just seem like something that the average person would do or say in these situations. The show revolved around the two leads recovering from a break up and this was not your typical I’m drunk and now we’re in love. This was a well developed and thought out script. The development was smooth.
If you’re looking for a sweet romantic comedy I would highly recommend this one. This is not your normal cliché we got drunk and fell in love type movies. This is not your typical obnoxious female lead or overbearing male lead. This is not your overdramatic female leads. This is not the typical naïve female weed and domineering merely. This is absolutely Sweet, raw, genuine and funny. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing

Everything about this series was great. I’m usually not a fan of melodramas because they are often slow and kind of melancholy but this one was so good. There was mystery, action and romance. The chemistry between the two leads was amazing. I love the female lead character. She was strong, smart and overall hardworking, she carried herself well, with class while still being a good person. The male lead was top notch.
They had grown up conversations, didn’t fall for Foolishness or manipulation. Loved it.

Mature series with an upbeat vibe.

Character development was great.
Chemistry was great.
Acting was great.
Ending was great.
Scenery was great.
Story was great.

A bit bubbly and cute at times. No supremely crazy people made this a plus but we did have a clingy female that remained clingy to the very end. It was sweet but if you like romantic comedies this one strays a bit. Our two leads were people in their late 20’s to 30’s that often acted like teens. Our female lead was a bit immature and at times I couldn’t tell if she was going left or right. I’m assuming she was suppose to be strong but she appeared middle school aged and indecisive. Not a win for me. The ending was okay.

This series was cute and hilarious. I loved the cast and the acting. Very loveable. The two leads are thrown together because of a promise, what happens next is something very entertaining. You’ll laugh and cry. This is one of those shows that you’ll rewatch just for the laughs and the smile. Loved the grandpa in this series. He was so amazing. You could tell that he is a seasoned actor. You won’t regret watching this series. There great chemistry, laughs, twist and tearjerker moments.

Skip

Update, it’s finished: if I could get back my time. If there was an option to request it, I would. We dealt with foolishness up to the end and then they glossed it offer with a wedding we never saw and a hug. Most ungratifying family series I have watched and I have watched a lot. Not one redemptive thing.

Up to half the series (61 episodes) and this has to be one of the worst family/ daily dramas I’ve watched and I have watched a lot.
For starters, for 61 episodes, nothing has actual happened. You can honestly watch the first 10 episodes and then episode 61 and you wouldn’t have missed anything significant.

The FL appears simple, easily lead and without feelings. She maintains the same smile and deer in the headlight look for 61 episodes. Overlooking things.

The supposed ML is a good guy, with a need to sacrifice. He also smiles through everything, constantly ask his dad to “just stop” when he attempts to voice an opinion. He is in every essence a self sacrificing man. He lives with his in-laws for over 10 years even after his wife ran off. It wouldn’t be so bad if he was trying to move forward but he’s clearly delusional serving and struggling with his in-laws.

Overall there are really no likeable characters, not even the leads. I can’t recommend this as of right now. No character growth, development or reveals so far. Just the same old thing.

Update************

Up to 117 and it’s only gotten worse. I feel like they tried to hard to keep it interesting. Instead we got crazy, more irrational people and view disappointment.
If you’re bored, watch it. If you’re looking for something good and entertaining keep moving. After all these episodes there is not 1 likeable character, not even the leads.
