They actually did mention that Xu Feng was legally punished, but yeah then still proceed to show him go to the locker at the end šŸ˜‚. My guess is that scene is after he completes his punishment (which would be short because he is a juvenile and simply followed Luo Liang's orders) or before he gets caught....
