I agree. This was the most ridiculous drama I’ve ever watched. The writing was awful and the characters too

I’ve watched hundreds of series through the years but this one has been the most ridiculous one. Everyone is an idiot and insufferable. The bad guy is the only one that the writer tried to make into the smartest, richest, all knowing, all powerful, never failed guy (even more than the 2 people that were supposed to be above him, the ML and his dad) and it was just ridiculous and implausible. The FL and the sister In law were competing to see who was the biggest idiot. The ML was an oblivious idiot. The writing was just extremely bad. I read somewhere that this writer does the same in all his series. I’ll make sure I never watch anything of his.

I’m dropping this awful drama. I will never watch another drama with this same writer. The writing is horrendous

I don’t understand the high rating in this hot mess. I get that it may be addicting to some but this drama is full of bad writing. Every single episode, if you are paying attention, even the small details are badly done. The brother in law and his assistant show up everywhere and see everything. The big reveal on episode 8, can be easily figured out from the first episode. Every single episode is a worse than the next . The ML is an oblivious idiot and the FL it’s a doormat without any common sense. Episode 8 the whole thing when she’s trying to stop her brother, is laughable (phone doesn’t work, gets in an accident, stopped by police, taken to the police station, gets in car, car is on E hahahhahaha) you can’t make this stuff up, or I guess u can. The whole drama is the same ridiculous situations.

The brother in law shows up everywhere as if he sees everything. Ridiculous and she lets him threaten her with the dumbest story. Because letting her family thinks she’s dead is better than going to jail, dumb, dumb, dumb. The body that was found with the thug was the other lady so his theory of her been the killer (that’s what he threaten her with) falls right there. Also, what did she gain from doing all of that? The dude didn’t even pay for his family’s debts, the thugs took the money from the funeral. So what did she gain???

The brother in law needs her help, sees the thugs have her in the car. Doesn’t call the police or help. She falls in the water and supposedly survives the fall and not only that but all in all spends like 20 minutes under water but
she’s conscious meanwhile the other spends 3 se ones in the Pool facing up and she dies . It’s so ridiculous it’s funny.

I’m on episode 2 and I’m already pissed. First off, who decides to meet in a very busy mall when you don’t even know who you’re meeting? Episode 2, she’s talking to a very unconscious person as if he can hear her and she’s thinking he’s faking it. She’s an idiot. Also, how the heck did the brother in law find the FL at the hospital? How did he know they were there? It’s ridiculous. And the idiotic scene when she was trying to escape. I find the writing lazy and dumb. Imma give it a few more episodes but I doubt this will get better.

How this drama has a 7.3 rating here it’s beyond me. The most boring, frustrating, lackluster and underwhelming drama I have ever watched. It should be called “the inner thoughts of 2 shy introverts”

Not really a love triangle because he doesn’t want anything to do with his ex and she understands it pretty quickly. The ending it’s happy but lacking. It should’ve been longer and more satisfactory in my opinion. The drama is excellent though.

I agree. Didn’t like the end. I expected more

1- I don’t like that they didn’t send his mom to prison. I would’ve done it 100%. She deserved it.
2- the fact that he quit his company for no reason after working so hard to build it from the ground up
3-I understand his ex felt really guilty but what she did to him was messed up on every level so his bff had no business seeking her out all the time and even asking her to work at the company.
4- The ML should’ve cut his toxic mom out of his life for good
5-The ending was awful in my opinion. I expected more
6-Their relationship part was very short.

Some of the things I loved:
1- The FL bff genuine friendship with her (he was never in love with her) and how he ends up falling in love with the sis (they were so cute). I do have to admit, that I really wanted them to end up together but was conflicted because I really liked her young boyfriend.
2- How the Bff opened his house for the siblings and how they became a family and he felt part of them. He was genuinely sad when they left.
3-The relationship of the ML with his mothers ex husband whom he treated like a dad.

I loved this drama and it would’ve been perfect if it wasn’t for the ending. It should’ve been longer. This is a bitter sweet drama. The FL was bitter (righteously so) grumpy and rude but I loved her character. She spoke her mind without caring about people’s opinions and she was a protector. I loved the fact that everyone got what they deserved, the good and the bad. This was a slow burn romance ( it had to be). At times the drama was heartbreaking and to think that stuff like this happens to families in real life (it happened to my brother in law and his siblings). I also loved the siblings dynamics and the bff who was like the 4th sibling. All in all I recommend it 100%. In a spoiler comment, I’ll write some of the stuff I didn’t t like and some I did. Btw everyone’s acting was superb

Also, contrary to some comments I’ve seen, he does not regain his ability to see faces. The last episode he is able to see her for a little time just like before and they even say that in the future they had other short moments like that.

I loved this drama. It was funny and fluffy. Veronica Park was hilarious in her craziness. It did have its flaws but it was fun. The ending could’ve been better in my opinion.
