"Sometimes I want to watch even 2013 dramas, and I love that I can finish the drama without knowing who dies, who marries who etc."
so? go ahead and watch them, who cares? but you can't just expect to come into that Drama's comment section and then be shocked that you were spoiled, that's naive thinking, if you don't want to be spoiled then don't put yourself in a situation that you might get spoiled in.
for example, it took me a while to find the time to watch and finish Squid game's season 2, during that time I didn't go into it's page on mydramalist, I didn't open Instagram once, same with Reddit, and shocker🤯 I didn't get spoiled.
you still don't get what I'm saying, what you're saying is correct when it comes to an ongoing drama but when it comes to a drama that has been finished for months that's different, you have to expect to be spoiled.
The drama is good, I bet a lot of ppl would disagree with you, that’s why there is a season 2. It doesn’t…
It's not gonna bother me, and I'm not gonna watch it, I hope people that are looking forward to it have a great time, it was just shocking to me that a drama that was so predictable got a second season.
oh for sure the cinematography was fantastic, it's just the plot that let it down, or maybe it was just the acting, like that kid that turned out to be evil was super obvious, could be a writing issue or his acting.
I was really excited for it but was super disappointed, the plot was so predictable, I knew what was gonna happen super early, and it frustrated me so much that FL was so stupid and couldn't see what was in front of her.
That depends on what you like, spoilers ahead: A lot of people that are fans of the drama will say that it's slice…
The synopsis are just for the first episode, it's downhill from there and even the genres written here are a lie, even the poster is a lie, it's false advertising that even fans of the drama agree to it. It's like how on Reborn Rich's genres it says it has fantasy, but the ending makes that a lie cuz it turns into something that is clearly not Fantasy.
tbh it was not thatttt bad y'all kinda exaggerated. It was pretty decent and I enjoyed it. Yes the pace was not…
Exactly, people complaining have forgotten that most of the emotional scenes and the scenes with the most character developments were in the 1 on 1 games, and we haven't even reached those with this group, so obviously it's not gonna be as emotional when they're still in the group game stages.
Is it good? I saw it on Reddit under friends to lovers recommendations and the synopsis didn’t look bad but…
That depends on what you like, spoilers ahead:
A lot of people that are fans of the drama will say that it's slice of life and therefore slow, but it's not that, it's a mix of romcom/slice of life/melodrama all packaged into something that is quite mid and neither of those things, then there is FL's mom who is a manipulative blackmailer abuser psycho that can be quite annoying to watch, then there is the annoying ass SML who sticks around for way too long and contributes literally nothing to the story besides getting in the way of the leads getting together, FL is quite wishy-washy in telling him to fuck off too and that really pissed me off, the lack of chemistry between the leads is also troubling(personal opinion), there is zero chemistry between the second couple as well and you will be baffled by the SFL's decisions, then there is the romance between the leads that starts so abruptly it gives you whiplash, like ML was pining for FL for so long and confesses and FL then puts him on ice while she hangs with SML and then SML leaves after wasting so much screen time, and she just suddenly is with ML just because. The ending is quite unsatisfying too, but that's a matter of personal taste.
PS: don't come at me to argue, I was just telling my opinion on the drama from my perspective.
My issue with this season was that it felt rushed. We didn't get that same connection with the characters from…
It feels rushed because it's not a full season and it's just setting up stuff for S3. Also the reason you haven't felt the connection with the characters like in S1 is because again it's not a complete season, we haven't reached the 1 on 1 games yet, that was when we got the most character developments, so far in S2 we've only had group games, the games that pit allies against each other have yet to be reached.
There's an annoying SFL interested in ML from the start. But ML doesn't give her a chance. There is an SML interested…
I've been duped before by someone saying something similar to me about "Love next door" and "welcome to samdalri", both had annoying as fuck SMLs and an unnecessaty triangle
Completing this was definitely a choice—a wrong one that I made. I didn’t like anything about the show by…
But that's the thing though, if the drama is good you would be super happy that there are more episodes to watch instead of getting angry that there are so many episodes left, and I think this drama had every chance to be great, the casting was great, and the premise sounded promising, but the writing let it down massively, like we can see glimpses of chemistry between the leads, but it's always abandoned as soon as it appears, it's never allowed to breathe and blossom, then there is the overuse of the "Asian mom" trope, in small doses it could have been a fun gag or a funny segment, but they made it her whole personality, or the overuse of SML, dude was around for so long, and he kept appearing at exactly the moments that could have been great at establishing a romantic connection between the leads.
