I finished this Drama in 2 days and loved almost everything about it, it was such a mellow and breezy Drama, so easy to digest and watch, I had a smile permanently suck on my face while watching it.
I particularly loved how the EX's weren't toxic at all, the second couple was a fun watch as well
All in all a fantastic watch and a drama that I would definitely recommend to people.
the Stuff that I didn't enjoy: I wanted the misunderstanding the FL had about the niece to continue at least another episode cuz it was super fun and I wanted some interactions with them, I also wanted to see the FL to showcase her lawyer abilities more, cuz we saw them rarely utilized, I also didn't really like the plot surrounding the FL and her past coming out, they had a good thing going about showing women to have as much freedom as men but then they backtracked it somewhat and that annoyed me, the fight between ML and his friend seemed quite childish and out of character too, I also didn't like how the ML go cured, I wanted the FL to be the only one for him and maybe he could have been cured after they got married or something but nothing this quick.
for me it was a 8/10 Drama, great thanks to the cast and the production team for an amazing job done.
happy for me is that the leads get what they want and no one dies and nothing tragic that might make me cry happens, or something totally stupid like the ending to Reborn Rich and Duty after school.
finally finished this and although I loved the FL and ML interactions, a lot of the characters felt too fillery, for example there were a lot of characters that I didn't care about at all, like the SML who had way too much screen time and was quite skippable, the CEO dude was sus from the beginning and the twist didn't come as shock to me at all.
ML's mom also had too much screen time with not much of a meaningful resolution to her arc.
FL's father was a great character and should have been introduced sooner, him and FL's mom were great.
FL's powers were also underutilized, I think there should have been more cases of her using her powers in a more impactful way.
all in all the drama as a whole had it's moments especially in the first half and the main couple interactions, but it got super boring by the time the drama ended, and considering that I was looking forward to this one cuz of So hyun, it was quite the disappointment.
I forced myself to watch it till Episode 10, but it's just so boring they prolong each scene so much it becomes too much of a drag I had no choice but to drop it. the visuals are nice and music is fine but it's just so boring, nothing of significance happens and even as a feel good drama, it doesn't really hit that mark for me.
Now that this Drama is finally over, can someone spoil me the ending and answer some questions:
1.was it happy ending? 2.Was there an annoying second male lead? 3.Was there a stupid triangle in it? 4.was there a stupid break-up with an immediate reconciliation 2 seconds later?
It's a complete waste of time, the sad thing is that until episode 14/15 the drama is so fucking good but the…
Sure, the MC that was shot in the head and fell off a cliff is somehow alive and okay, he wakes up from a coma;we get no explanation for the stuff he saw, was it a dream? time travel in someone's body? we don't know and it's never explained!
He then finds out that he was responsible for the accident that killed Do-jun, so both people with the same face existed in the truck as a driver and as the victim of the accident, it's again not explained. or how no one mentions that the lowly employee that works at the company has the exact same face as the guy that was set to inherit the company. The whole revenge and fantasy genre are thrown out the window, we get a sham of a court scene with the bad guys getting convicted over a recording that came out of nowhere and was a deus- ex machina.
the female lead then runs after the ML that looks exactly like her death boyfriend with again zero explanation and the ML goes to work for the investment firm that Do-jun had made and that's the end.
so basically all 15 episodes were a waste of time.
