The drama was good at it's first half and as usual time travel korean drama ruined on the second half to finale
Yep, I feel like writers really mess up the time travel or the iseki Dramas by going back to the previous time/world, when in truth they can simply forget about the previous time/world and just focus on the new one, the Reborn Rich writer made the same mistake and created way too many plot-holes and ruined a great Drama.
yeonwoo was so cold to the past Kang Taeha. I know it wrong to give him hope cause the KTH she loved is not him…
Good thing I dropped it then, I feel like the writers always mess up time travel dramas by going back to the previous time when there is no need for it at all beside just filling the quota.
If the time traveler is happy where they are then what need is there for he/she to go back, especially for Dramas that have time-travel to the future.
Just finished this amazing drama today and wanted to write my thoughts on it here:
The good parts: the acting! oh my god the acting is so fantastic in here, Lee Sung min is a national treasure and I hope he stars in 10 Dramas a year,. The visual story telling is also a really strong point in this drama, something I see rarely in Kdramas. The twists and turns were fantastic up to a certain point.
The parts I didn’t enjoy: The ost was quite weak and not memorable at all. The time-skip at the end was poorly utilized and could have been a lot better. OhTaek didn’t learn much of anything from his experience and the 4 years on the search, he should have been much more meticulous after finding the killer back in Korea, his plan for abducting Lee Byoungmin was super weak and desperately going after the wife was a step too late he should have already had the wife before going after the killer. The ending left much to be desired, after witnessing how brutal the drama was I was expecting a brutal finish as well but I was sorely disappointed; the revenge was ruined by the useless cop and the useless son and Oh Taek didn’t have the balls to kill the wife.
I personally felt that if Oh Taek had killed the wife and then Lee Byoungmin only to realize that both Cherie and Sena were alive, the impact and his loss of naivte and innocence would have been a lot stronger, also not getting Sena at the end was a loss too.
Can someone spoil me the ending and answer some questions??
1. Happy ending? 2. Is there an annoying sml? 3. Is there romance between the ml and fl(seol in ah)? 4. Does the ml return to the future and if so what happens to his relationship(if there is one)?
It is a great drama, but not everything is perfect. I have a big problem with Yoon Ran Joo chosing to live with…
Ran Joo was quite toxic towards Mok ha too at first, she also betrayed the man who gave up everything for her career, so I thought they kind of deserved each other, Ran Joo also aggravated the situation by hiding her surgery and that didn’t help either. A also think it’s better for her to have someone rather than leave a useless life alone and thinking of suicide all day.
Is it just me but I hated how confused I was on who was the ml . At first I hated the sml but then he grew on…
For future you should take note on how much makeup the ml has if it’s too much and tries so hard to make him whiter then that’s the ML, if the character doesn’t have much of a makeup thats the SML.
Had to stop at 7 cuz I kept falling sleep (it was so boring!). Characters were changed way too much and made to be a joke rather than actual humans, plot was quite predictable too and didn’t have any redeeming qualities, all in all a very disappointing season 2
Personally, I hope for the opposite.A second season will most likely concentrate on following up the thread in…
they could still continue with the kidnapping theme, the organization sends one of their agents to kidnap the genius kid in Singapore and the story can revolve around the child melting the icy heart of the merc and their encounters and escape form the hands of the organization.
If the time traveler is happy where they are then what need is there for he/she to go back, especially for Dramas that have time-travel to the future.
Also why is this a spoiler?
