I'm a hopeless romantic, so the majority of dramas I'm interested in watching are romance dramas. It's my thing and I don't apologize for it. I started with Thai BL dramas before branching out to other countries (mostly BLs) before realizing just how much I really really love C-Dramas. I'll step outside of my comfort zone every now and then, but C-Dramas hold my heart.

             Favorite Tropes:

1. Noona romances

2. Wholesome, "boring" couples

3. Gentle & sweet MLs

4. Mature, introspective FLs

5. Role reversals (e.g. grumpy FL/sunshine ML, FL chases ML first, etc.)

             Least Favorite/Disliked Tropes:

1. The Cursed Obligatory "Immortal Becomes Human/Gets Sent Back to Mortal Realm" Arc/xianxias as a whole

2. grumpy, rude asshole MLs

3. revenge dramas (with many, many caveats)

4. Slow burns

5. "Dark" romance

I don't believe in 10-star ratings. With my particular rating system, I more or less rate them based on how well I enjoyed them and not how "perfect" they are. 

Rating System -

8.0 and above: Creme of the Crop, Chef's Kiss!

7.0 - 7.5 : Okay. Not Great but Not Perfect.

5.0 - 6.5 : Mid. Not the Worst but It's Close.

4.5 and below : Absolute Worst Thing I've Seen in A Long Time.

Also, I am the QUEEN of dropping dramas. If the drama doesn't draw me in right way, it will get dropped.
