20 episodes i'm done, this is not for me. I can't understand why others love this. I only like a few characters but not the main girl, I dislike the emperor too. Main reason for stopping not funny or entertaining. + I hate that the king has many wives this is so against everything I believe. In other dramas it's the same but they do it like the king only loves one so it doesn't seem to matter as much. Sounds pretty stupid huh?
Ming Lan was much better! After 10 episodes more politic less embroidery would be nice... Our main girl is like a vengeful Cinderella, she is perfect, but everyone is a b!tch to her.... if I haven't seen this dozens of times... and when she pretends to be stupid... overkill nobody would believe such a retard would get into the palace in the first place! But of course it's a drama she gets away with it! There are good characters with depth like the emperor, the Empress( even though her recovery from her child' s death was sudden) and the smart consort .. who pretends to be sick. I hope main girl won't end up with the emperor that would be so ridiculous and a cliche.
40 episodes... way too long! Looks cheap.... I liked the first lost tomb... this is disappointing. After 20 eps no treasure just bones, dirt and sometimes monsters... risking your life for what?! Sky palace doesn't look good at all.
