I was so happy that biatch was gone. She is so evil. Someone said that she was gone after Prince Ding was poisoned by her & severed her ties with him. I told that person that she would come back & sure she did.

I don’t think that SXH knows. I think that he planned it with his friend the doctor XIe to retreat to the mountains & work on the cure. I think he didn’t know whether the cure would work so he didn’t say anything to SXH just in case things didn’t work out then it wouldn’t make SXH devastated the second time.

It’s a HE. CP went away with his doctor Xie, friend to seek for a cure. He came back at the end of Ep 36 & they both hugged each other. The chemistry between the leads is amazing at that scene.

Prince Xin was so creepy with his obsession with SXH.

She was used by the empress dowager to kill SXH with poison when she tried to give SXH the small golden lock to SXH filled with poison. SXH is good with her smell sense, recognises that it was poisoned if she was to touch the lock. SXH, threw that lock with all the ensens that was poisoned & that chick died chocking & breathing that encens.

It was explained by the emperor that he & his older brother Prince qian ( the precvious CP)made a pact that in their battle against the enemy, the current emperor would remain inside their quarters to defend it. If there was a one gun shot in the sky then the current emperor needs to open the gates of their city. If there are 2 gunshots the the younger brother needs to defend their city at all cost & not open the gates which was the case so the then CP prince Qian died but before dying, he asked his younger brother to take care of his just born baby XHY. Prince Qian’s wife gave birth to XHY but died afterwards. The youngest brother decided to kill all of Prince Qian’s helpers so that no one knows that the baby is not his but his older brother. He came back with XHY & told the empress dowager that when he ascends the throne then he will name XHY the CP. Empress dowager out of hatred for the emperor for having killed her own son ( pact explained above) started to hate XHY, hence poison him & create tension between the brothers, using Prince Xin’s sister in-law etc.

The CP didn’t die. It looked like he died but I think he planned it with the friend doctor Xie that they would retreat in the mountains to look for a cure to his poison. There was a scene between SXH & doctor Xie when he refused to take over his dad’s title but to care for the sick people that need him in the mountains to which SXH accepted his decision. Doctor xie came out & looked back at SXH’s east palace & sighed as if to say he wish he could tell SXH that CP is still alive but he needs to find a cure.

Yes, he was working with his friend doctor to look for a cure to the poison.

Prince Xin is becoming obsessive with SXH. The emperor was sick after the funerals of the CP, Prince Xin was appointed regent & manage the court affairs in lieu of the emperor. He starts to abuse of this power by replacing SXH’s guards with his own & forcing SXH to marry him. He made SXH becoming prisoner in her own palace. SXH, began to send signals to her brother, Bu shu lin’s army & other army that Prince Xin is about to rebel & take power.
The emperor, before dying summoned SXH & told her about the CP’s last wish to call their son Junsu & make him the heir, de facto CP with SXH, empress. Prince Xin & his mother stormed in the palace with their own army & asked SXH to handover the edict ( to make her son future emperor) so that Prince Xin could become emperor himself. Luckily, her brother’s army, Shu’s army & other army break in the palace to thwart Prince xin’s coup.

His brother Prince Lie was against his brother’s coup & wanted to kill himself with a view to making his brother Prince Xin stop the coup but Prince Xin hurt him & put him in prison so that Prince lie would not be involved if things go bad for him. Prince Xin was arrested & killed himself but before dying he asked SXH was his wife GU & SXh said when she first met Prince Xin it was raining like today (I.e is she admitting to him that she is GU? I am not quite sure here).
The emperor admitted to his adopted mother the old empress dowager that XHY was her
own flesh & blood. She also admitted that she poisoned XYH & became a bit crazy when she
realised she killed her own grandson. SXH & the baby ascended the thrown. SXH issued an edict for Shu Lin that she was the long lost sister, is now recognised in the family’s register & that she is to get married to Cu jibai. Shu Lin was also given a position to work with her husband. Prince lie asked SXH an edict to send his guard the north border & asked SXH to be lenient with his mother, consort Rong which SXH promised him to keep her alive. CP was partly cured from the poison & came back to SXH & they hugged each other, the end. It was a great show. I forgot to mention the old empress dowager was the one that stir troubles, rivalries between the Xiao brothers just to avenge her son’s death Prince Qian by the emperor.

From the latest episodes 30-31, Prince Xin seems to be cooperative with the CP & protective of crown princess. The trailer at the end of episode 31 showed the 4th Prince Xiao Changtai, trying to kill CP with his sword & Prince Xin seems to want to protect crown princess & her baby. I hope he will not become a bad person.

I don’t know about Prince Xin’s sister in-law being gone. Since she is so evil & ambitious, she my be coming trying to get married either with Prince Xin or other Princes.

I’m not quite sure so maybe someone that read the novels may shed some light on this.

Someone in the comments mentioned above that CP has a different name to the other princes so the CP may be the pure royal bloodline as compared to the other princes. Noting that the current emperor was adopted & he killed his eldest brother (real prince from the previous emperor) to take power & become the current emperor so the current emperor is doting on the CP out of guilt? The empress dowager maybe the one that poisoned the CP to pave the way for Prince Xin ( the most talented one) to become emperor instead the CP who is not her grandson by blood?

Agree, she is in love with Prince Xin but he kept rejecting her LOL. With CP, being sick & lived away from the palace, the Emperor mentioned in one of the previous episodes ( if you recall when he asked the emperor to marry Xihe as he believed that she was actually his late wife) that Prince Xin has always been the best son he has ever had & that he is so good in everything, hence he is destined to become emperor after the current emperor is gone so that witch has her eyes set on Prince Xin. Prince Ding was the second prince in the tree order after CP if I am not mistaken so she tricked her friend & managed to marry him. Now that he is gone she is back to her evil tricks in luring Prince Xin but he kept ignoring & rejecting her.

I may be wrong but after failing to expose Bu Shu was a woman which would have given him the power to control the shu’s army so Prince Ning realised that he would never become an emperor despite having worked hard towards it. He would never have any backing from any strong army nor the emperor, his father. He also knew that witch (Prince xin’s sister in-laws) killed that woman who was supposed to marry him so that she could climb up the ladder so he thought that with his unborn baby dead, he might as well end his life & give her an opportunity to continue his legacy for him given that she is evil & ambitious.

Same, I saw the calendar showing 2 but unfortunately we only have one. Someone mentioned that the express package will be released on 26/07 so perhaps there will be 2 episodes from tomorrow?
