No I think she supports him without knowing the truth. I also think that makes more sense, like a character of hers who believes ML is innocent no matter his father was bad or not! If they wait till then it would be bad because then FL wouldn't support ML till his father is proven innocent. The fact that FL should trust and support ML, no matter what, because as she herself said, it was not ML's mistake. Just like the victims even ML is a victim. Even if ML's father did bad (hypothetically) he did suicide, ML's whole life became more worse than FL. So I think just after her father recovers, even if he doesn't agree, she will support him. Honestly just thinking from his perspective, he was not completely wrong. He never knew how good ML was. His legs were permanently damaged in the accident, his best friend lost his life, which person would want his own daughter to date the son of the person who he hates the most! We as audience know, but for the family its pretty traumatic! Like we can say its not ML's mistake, but people who are victims do not still like their accuser's family right! So maybe taking a little time is not bad! This is a pretty huge issue! But I think later FL's father thought he wants to trust FL as well.

FL never wanted to breakup! Its because her dad got into an accident again hence she was forced to do that! I saw a scene where her dad recovers and is in a wheelchair, and she cries to him that she wants to be with ML and support him no matter what. He kind of tells her do that ig, so they make it up! So maybe a week or so, I don't think more than that!
