Right! Many a times it happens that I understood a scene and have an opinion about it, but here someone opiniated it in a completely different manner, which changes my perspective as well! Because again we all think differently, its really nice understanding each other's pov.

No. The main leads transmigrate into characters who are originally villains in the novel where the leads are Xie and Prince Duan. In the novel like the book originally no one transmigrates. But mistakenly while reading the book, FL, ML and SFL all transmigrate. FL is a concubine, SFL is a concubine, ML is the tyrant mad king. FL and ML recognize each other and understand if they let things happen, they will be killed by Prince Duan and SFL. Hence they join hands to survive together and defeat the second leads! The entire story is about how they eventually win and fall in love!

So in order to survive, she and ML team up to defeat the ML chosen by the novel. I have no problem even if he needs to be saved. I really like when leads save each other. Yeah he doesn't know martial arts if we trust him though he seems to be hiding a lot. I am just saying if he knew martial arts and they had a scene together where they have a physical fight, it would be nice!
