So initially it seems that 2ML and 2FL will counter ML-FL, but it doesn't happen like that! 2FL just wanted to have a good life, and follow the novel, but she soon realizes 2ML wants to use her only! Few episodes later, she comes to know ML and FL transmigrated, so she actually supports them! She becomes a positive character and became good friends, in the last few episodes she also dies saving FL.
But again that was in the novel, till now they haven't changed many things, so we have to see if they keep her character same or not!

He was really young but raped by Crown Princess hence has a son, who is now with Empress Dowager. He is unreasonable mad tyrant because all of these reasons till FL comes to his life, and he finally meets someone of his own world and begins liking her.

ML did not transmigrate 2 hours back like FL. He transmigrated when he was in middle school a decade back.
