Yes they can, its not exclusive though. Its a Mango tv drama, so Mango tv will have it. Like even the drama of Wu Jinyan and Chen Zheyuan, is also of Mango tv, but MOA has also brought its broadcasting rights.
Its like Netflix buying broadcasting rights for POJ though it was also available in WeTv and iQiyi.
TLOA as of now will be broadcasted in Hunan Tv satellite tv version, Mango Tv OTT, and MOA.

We are still yet to receive broadcasting license.

You saw Blossom and Love Between Lines, I am so glad. They were really good, with very pretty chemistry.
I really wanted to watch the First Frost, but the first 10 episodes, there were so sad moments, I couldn't. Like as if all the problems of the world literally was in the life of FL. Modern romances, need to be fluffy and cute, I cannot take such trauma, so I had to drop it.

And I dropped almost everything except the variety shows. I am lagging behind in this one as well.
