Its Christopher Nolan's film, she would have loved to be on the red carpet for it. Plus its Zendaya, the makers would love the publicity too.
To think that we did not get THE Zendaya's wedding look kills me.

I think most people outside China would feel it difficult to understand the billing wars C-ent has. Its actually funny to me, because I have never heard of them ever, before C-ent introduced it to me. Haha.

In K-industry I hardly see one actor releasing more than one drama per year, so they get breaks. It seems more relaxed there.

So previously lead actors would have billing issues, as leads had first billing, second billing or sometimes equal billing. Fan wars, controversies would happen a lot. So now, China has come up with a unique/weird way to counter that.
Real names would be used instead of stage names, and if actors have popular stage names, then they can use it additionally in brackets along with their real names. If not male centric or female centric drama rigidly, all other dramas would write the lead actors names together. The one who has lesser number of strokes in the surname would be written first, like ascending order. If strokes are similar in surname then names would be considered.
So in this drama credits would be given as- Shen Yujie, Yang Huixiang (Cheng Lei)

Oh my God exactly. Especially the actors with agencies, they overwork them to death. Its so scary. Its so frightening actors are bound through contracts and not everyone can actually fight the agencies, especially people who are not A-listers or do not have huge fan following. Really sad, everyone deserves a little break for good work to happen.
I am so happy seeing Lusi going back to work now, she seems a lot better currently.

Strangely Wang Hedi was my chosen ML when there was no announcement. He smirks so well, I really felt he was tailor made for the character. Maybe I manifested too hard, haha.

Yes Lu Yu Xiao was my first preference as well. She did it so good in MJTY. She would have been fantastic. TXW would be brilliant as well, its just that when I read the novel, I never knew she was such a good actress, so I did not think of her. In fact in her next drama, she plays double role, where I think one character is a villain, and the reuters are amazing of that, so yes she would have aced it too.
My preference was Yuxiao and Wang Hedi.

Meng Ziyi is pretty but that's it, even in an excellent drama like Blossom, she was the weakest point, so. I like her in variety shows and stuff, but I don't know how this excellent character can be portrayed by her, though the Reuters looked good.
