I haven't read the manga or seen the anime.... I watched these 5 episodes with zero expectations.... and yet I was still let down.

Yes...my understanding is that the 'bad guy' who's name I didn't bother to remember has sent 'Way' there to impregnate Pit Babe to make some sort of super powered kid that he can steal, but Way actually does love Pit Babe which is why he hasn't used his powers to seduce him yet... but I'm not really clear on it all so take that with a grain of salt (or a block of salt maybe).

Meanwhile, Charlie and Jeff are there to protect Pit Babe apparently? And Charlie is a bit of a double agent working against the bad guy (who's name I can't be bothered to remember)? But, Charlie is definitely there to protect Pit Babe from the bad guy.... at least that's what I read in comments/spoilers about the book.

Honestly, I'm a bit confused on all of it... and they are probably changing things up for the show anyway... (so remember that block of salt!)

Wrong on Charlie, Charlie is a power thief. He can steal powers from others according to what I've heard. The power he uses at the start (and apparently constantly) is from his mother and it lets him hide his presence? It also allows him to hide/not emit his alpha pheromones...

Mechanic is a precog.... he faked his powers being lost in order to 'escape' from the control of whoever that bad guy is.

Yeah, I was worried about a lot of omegaverse stuff as well, because I don't really care for ABO/Omegaverse.
But, I tried the show and it doesn't seem to have much of that specific stuff in it, so I think it's a decent show for now.

From what you said, it sounds like it's just saying he's got a new boyfriend and they are calling someone his wife.... probably a joke. The 'Khor' part....no clue...possibly slang? I didn't find anything on it on the web that made sense....

What was the gossip on the phone in episode 2 part 3 (on youtube anyway). Way hands his phone to Pit Babe while they are at that bar and it has a picture of Charlie and Pit Babe and he starts talking about gossip.

But they don't translate what was on the phone. I presume it's something to do with dating?

I don't care about shipping couples. I think it's boring to see the same couple over and over. I prefer them to mix it up.

I do understand some people get particularly invested in 'ships' though, which is why they tend to reuse the same couples over and over.
