I think it is, the novel has a few dark elements like slavery, prostitution, forced/dubious intercourse, descriptive death and torture, etc. But, yeah, there's darker things out there. Edit: I recently completed Dongfang Bubai's Reborn Yang Lianting, which is a sweet novel overall, but once the darker subplot surfaces it hits you in the gut. I think 2HA is quite similar, a story can be both sweet and dark.
so im curious to know is this alot of comments on a drama that hasnt been released yet? Please come to us now…
Yeah, it's pretty uncommon for an unreleased drama to have so many comments. I guess the comments just accumulated over years. HYX has been highly anticipated for years! Edit: As a comparison, Peace in Palace, Peace in Chang'an (history/politics drama) has been shelved for 4 years and only has ~30 comments.
The subs are machine translated, if you want human translation it's best if you wait for the proper episodes.
I mean human translated episodes, like the first two. They will probably be delayed by a few days, possibly a week at most, compared to the machine translated episodes. Sorry, I don't have any exact information on this.
hi. It's not stated on top that this is adapted from novel. So, is this purely an original playwright script?
If it's not mentioned above, probably not. But, Zu Zhan Ji is a famous historical figure, so if you want to spoil yourself you could look him up on Wikipedia or check out the dramas Ming Dynasty and Imperial Doctress.

I don't understand Hindi 😥 but I'd watch it anyway! 🥰 Are Hindi Cdrama dubs a current trend? I know there's a Hindi dub for 2018 Smiling Proud Wanderer.
