this show has a "school bullying" tagcan anyone tell me how much the show covers it or is it not a big…
No definitely not, only a time or two shown in flashbacks and they're short, even commenting this I forgot it was in here. It being a tag is just to maybe show there's some in it but overall barely there or has much to do with the show. It's dark but not in a school bullying way. If that's a big problem for you, I think you're okay!
Since there's more soundtracks to be released than how many weeks are left, do shows release more than 1 song a week then? or do they just release them all at the finale? I've never watched something as it's airing before other than Undercover High School, but I wasn't following the soundtrack releases.
loved watching this, great show! but for some reason my Disney or Hulu has the subtitles about 8 seconds off and it almost unwatchable 😭 What's displayed will be the wrong characters lines. I want to rewatch, but I haven't figured out a way to work around the badly timed subtitles because they're so messed up and I don't know why. There's no button to change the timing of subtitles.
I LOVE LEE JUNHO and this is a 7 for me…. why is that so triggering for people?before insulting people for having…
I totally understand! I don't think that's some people's intentions in all honesty. I think my main problem is seeing new accounts with this being the only thing they've rated and 1 stars all over. Something just isn't right about the accounts and people rating it, it feels payed off to trash it. Or people coming back constantly week after week to be negative about it when they said they didn't like it to begin with. Instead of dropping it and moving on, they're bombing the numbers and griping about a drama they supposedly said they were going to drop weeks ago.
I get it, this definitely isn't everyone's cup of tea, but the accouts and numbers look super fishy, truly something is wrong here.
Heck no, newer aired one I watched was Walking On Thin Ice - 12 episodes and everything wasn't fleshed out properly,…
Definitely true with some and untrue with others. I don't like how Western TV's seasons never end, but there's some very successful series with multiple seasons. It's just that Kdramas and writers don't know how to end things or pace stuff correctly and us as kdrama watchers have gotten used to having low attention spans.
Oops, the downvotes are wild 😭 This right here is why Kdramas need to stick to 12 episodes. Once they stretch…
Heck no, newer aired one I watched was Walking On Thin Ice - 12 episodes and everything wasn't fleshed out properly, you knew barely anything about the characters. I hate short dramas lol I'll take some supposed filler any day with characters I love instead of rushed dramas.
I'm on the side of finding it absolutely wonderful. Some are finding it too repetitive but if you're okay with lots of losses and few wins, it's a great show with a unique vibe. The cast is doing great with their acting, it has a wonderful soundtrack and definitely looks high budget and well done stylistically. Every character has a certain charm to them, that alone makes it worthwhile in my opinion.
After Typhoon Family ends, I'll still have something I want to watch to follow week by week! Can't wait for this!! Other two seasons were wonderful, absolutely love the team and their fun dynamic and teamwork.
This story could fit into 12 episodes mold. It’s getting tiring, so many hardships and tiny wins, it’s like…
This reminds me of how audiences received Misaeng. It's a wonderful and realistic drama, albeit stressful and hit a little too close to home for Office Workers in SK that they had to slowly watch the episodes and could only watch a couple at a time then take a break.
I am sorry what?? You are saying that her wanting revenge for her rape is bad. Wow do you even know how hard it…
And when did I ever say her pain was nothing..? I said she should've got HER share of "Karma" because of the drama name too because what she did was non negotiably WRONG. She shouldn't have the right be a doctor anymore. Part of the job is removing any personal emotions out of the cases, which she failed to do.
The story would've made more sense (as I've explained above) if they were all connected by the SAME case currently. For one it became tropey, and for two the imagery of everyone being connected on the cover gives a different impression, as if they're all... connected by this one event that caused havoc. There's a reason it doesn't have above 8.1.
And you can make a depressed character while also looking like you're trying to act. This wasn't it. If I feel like skipping a characters scenes because they look like a rock 24/7, that's not a good sign. If I wanted to watch someone traumatized from a past event, there's plenty of shows to choose from because that's what 90% of them end up about. This had a unique plot, turned cliché.

So going around and attempting to murder people is only okay if you have a sob story to go along with it to you then, got it. She's no different than any of them, she committed crimes as well and should be jailed for stealing drugs like she did and tried to quite literally kill someone with them. She's not little miss innocent. And like I said, she doesn't make any faces, she was a weak link of the cast plain and simple whether you think what she did was justifiable or not.
1. Trolls. Encountered many and profiles just made with 0 history and rating it 1 star for no reason.
2. Some are finding it "too repetitive" and the company doesn't have many wins, but I'm totally okay with that. Maybe because I'm not one to become frustrated over a dramas flaws or frustrated about things in general, but I absolutely love everything about it regardless if things go wrong all the time.
But yeah, seems to be a good majority of trolls jumping down the throat of this drama and I'm unsure why. Used to be around 8.3 but it kept dropping after ONE episode dealt with misogyny, so people raged irrationally.
I really love how looking at the behind the scenes, many of the actors are adlibbing a lot and helping with the Directing. I find the best dramas are the one's where the Actors themselves understand their characters so well on a deeper level, that they know where to interject a glance or fix how a scene should play out, regardless if it's written that way or not. This cast is truly talented and knows what they're doing.
I get it, this definitely isn't everyone's cup of tea, but the accouts and numbers look super fishy, truly something is wrong here.
Can never please anyone, gotta have something to complain about.
I'll just pretend they let him out early because he killed only bad guys 😆
