Enjoy reading the deep discussions of this show, very important themes too. However, I'm not sure why there are…
So so true. If I don't enjoy something I'll drop it and leave it off to the side as something someone else may enjoy, just not me. Depending upon whether it's simply a plain terrible show in terms of quality, I'll leave a rating. If it's just not for me, I'll quietly drop it and move on. I really don't mind the supposed repetitive nature of the show because I love all the characters dynamics so much, I'll be super sad when this ends in a couple weeks. On the bright side, we can always watch behind the scenes after it's over so we don't miss it too much! This is truly a rare gem of a Kdrama.
The biggest thing for me is - there's not frequent and annoying evil Women Kdramas always throw in for no reason. Tae-poong has a good Mother and Nammo is having some issues right now with his, but they'll hopefully resolve it nicely. It hasn't been a constant tug of war with shouting Ahjummas and Ahjussis lol
That's the cliffhanger we're left with?!?! Aaaaaa lol Sorry but ya gotta admit Hyun Ju blowing into the glove and making the squeaky sound and cracking up after was hilarious, I don't actually hate his character, sue me 🖐🏻I also don't mind Ma Jin because, guys, just look at the behind the scenes. He doesn't give off that air at all lol I just can't buy the whole supposed Misogyny stuff.
My guess is Nammo will make it big with his Sirius song. I sure hope so.
I really hope it's a fully recorded song for the drama🤞🏻and not just a snippet (because it's pretty iconic…
True, I can still count 3 more unreleased or unknown soundtracks they've played and we only have 2 weeks left after the current episode. Sure hope they'll release it since it's been played more than once and doesn't seem like an actual pre-existing song put in the drama.
They're really holding out on "Strangers With Flowers" aren't they? lol It'll be worth the wait though guys, once it does come out, everything will be right with the universe.
Alright everyone, I'm a certified romance hater, but if Tae-poong and Mi-seon don't at least stay together and not some dumb "I can't like you because of blah blah, I don't like you, stay away from me etc" I definitely won't be happy lol The confession was perfect and I love how he's the persistent type, not one who backs down from a challenge and actively pursues, hopefully nothing will get in the way of them both.
Loved that episode and once again, Song Joong is the best supporting cast member we have here, love all his scenes. Playing tetris was hysterical.
Much better than the Theatrical. It's not clever to leave the audience with more questions than answers in an unfulfilling way. If you filmed these important scenes, you might as well put them into the actual show.
Can't find where to watch the Director's Cut so I just looked up scene by scene that was changed and - No wonder the Theatrical Cut felt so empty. Sometimes it's not always clever or smart leaving out important details to be "special" or "unique" like they think they're being. Some movies try too hard that they fail to see the bigger picture. Without the extra scenes, this movie becomes a bit plotless. I'd much rather see the final product that was intended with the extra added scenes that makes this worthwhile. I rated it 7.5 but with the extended version it would've easily become an 8.
Honestly, based on the synopsis this looks incredibly dull. Nothing about it grabs me, and it definitely doesn’t…
They do sometimes sit and talk but it's always important and never feels too boring or drama-y to me, and I have the attention span of a squirrel. I find the scenes to be quite quick enough and never dull. In the first episode alone there's hyperactive dancing and singing lol
It gets more business-y but not in a bad way, it's not sitting around crunching numbers 24/7 if that's the possible impression it's giving off. They go around to lots of different places and do active business. The episodes are pretty fast paced that I wish each one was longer.
Oh and all the characters are just so charming, you can't help but be glued to the screen.
I’m hesitant to watch it because of the female lead, even though the edits are trending. And it’s not just…
Never seen her in anything before, but she's doing absolutely wonderful if you ask me. Really embodying the character and I really like how it's acted. Writers usually make FL's insufferable, but she's actually a breath of fresh air and her acting talent really shines along with it. Honestly after this show, I want to see more with her in them because of how much I'm impressed.
Totally, I seriously don't get the criticisms, some which I think are unwarranted and hilarious tbh, the characters…
That's what I did, rated it 10 because of how much I'm enjoying it and to help out the numbers. I usually don't rate before something is finished, but this is just too strange how the numbers keep going down, even when there isn't a new episode available.
Rating's went down again, I suppose this will be one of those underrated masterpieces that I'll spread everywhere for awareness because holy crap, what a comment section of splitting hairs and not simply just enjoying the ride lol
i like romance dramas ..and here romance is too good ..but i didnt watch this drama for romance..because there…
it's not supposed to be solely a romcom, that's why it's not marketed as one. It's about business and slice of life, it's not dragging, that's just the genre it is and was targeted to be. Rating it 1 star is diabolical.
Why so many review bombers? Is there somebody behind the scenes being paid off to crap on this show that I'm unaware of? lol
Mmm I think it's a spoiler, especially since most people have been waiting for this for a long time, just to have it spoiled when it actually happened. It's best to mark important moments as spoilers.
Why oh why is everyone complaining about Pyo and Son lol what was their screen time that episode? 5-8 minutes? that's all. Funny reading the complaints though because I'm on the total opposite end of the spectrum. Although I am the kind of person to listen to a song on repeat for an hour, because when I like something, I like it. Same with this show.
In all honesty, I really do feel like this show needs to be binged so it doesn't feel repetitive if that's the impression it's giving off. 2 per week, sure it'll feel as if the same things keep happening, but remember the shoes? it feels like that happened eons ago. The story is progressing. They now have the Helmets, new building for business and an illusive promissory note ripped from the entry log. Dust is kicking up.
They stayed in Thailand for about 2 and a half episodes, but it feels like more because we've been waiting a week to get here. If you binged it, it would've felt like a blink of an eye I guarantee it.
If this ends well, I'm 100% going to rewatch. All in one chunk, everything released in all it's glory.
