Charm was rubbing her head on Ping's stomach, while both of her hands were placed nowhere near her inner thighs.
If they are going to try and make these NC scenes work, they will have to put in more effort. It's not to just moans, long and unnecessary glances, and awkward body positions.
the abuse story was very uncomfortable to sit through, but i was here for the tongue lashing Qin's parents got…
"Why The F*ck weren't they there with the cops. but then i "got it" they were ashamed of how they abandoned their baby."
When they stood there, as the abusive nanny called them both out for their own neglect actions/behaviors toward Qin, they realized that they didn't want anyone else to know about what they allowed to happen to their son, inside of their home.
They allowed their shame to keep Qin silent regarding his trauma for years.
Damn. Domundi has done it again with the latest episode. Por and TeeTee are doing a wonderful job in their performances as Qin and Duang. I didn't think this "simple" rom-com would get this deep. The physical abuse from the babysitter AND the emotional mental and physical neglect of Qin's parents shows how long-lasting trauma can affect you for decades. Qin is financially provided for, but he desperately wants his parents to just be present for him. He initially refused the expensive gift from Duang due to making sure that Duang would see that Qin doesn't want/need expensive things. He thrives on the attention, affection, and love he receives from Duang.
When the abusive babysitter ranting on and on about the parents basically being non-existent, and they still continued to behave in the same way, as Qin grew up in that house?!
I'm sorry, but I burst out in laughter when Ken started walking on the beach towards Kevlin, Vier, Laylin, and Nana like the Bangkok version of Jason (Friday The 13th).
I know it was for storyline proposes to provide Ping motivation to leave Charm to continue her college education in the US, but why couldn't Charm explain that she has no recollection of that night "with" her horrible and married ex Mint?!
The past storyline for the forbidden romance between Saen and Rak is intriguing. Yet, with only two episodes left, I hope we get more insight in the current future relationship between Sandy and Lucky.
Duang and Qin making love for their first time together as an official couple in Qin's bedroom inside of his parent's home was also a choice of showing how much Qin absolutely loves and trusts Duang. Qin's vulnerability has been bared to and embraced by Duang.
Annoying. I've waited for this series for months. The first trailer was good, gave Sex and the City kinda vibes…
"Tropes galore!"
😕 😞 😌
Yes. I guess therapy isn't really viewed as a serious topic in some series, but Sailom appears to be a survivor of child sexual abuse, by his step-father. Tawan has trauma regarding his on the job incident, that caused the accidental death of a child.
Sometimes I wish that these screenwriters would actually take these topics seriously, so that when what they've written on the page makes some sort of sense when it's filmed for the series.
Why wouldn't Nabnueng let Sailom know ahead of scheduling his first therapy session, that he had to refer him to another doctor, due to their real-life friendship?
Wasn’t it straight r@pe? I felt very bad for sun honestlt. Flint just could talk with sun abt what happened…
"You can show that Flint is genuinely in love with Sun other ways and not always by being forceful towards her ."
But, that wouldn't be exciting, hot, and sexy enough. Flint literally told Sun that she was dressed that way to "tempt" other guys. She's constantly pushing Sun's boundaries, on what she's ready and prepared to experience sexually and intimately with another person. Just because Flint is a gorgeous, successful, and rich woman doesn't make what she's doing towards Sun different from what Sun's male co-star wants to do.
1st Episode - Before 3 minutes have even passed, we have our first trope. (bike vs pedestrian collision, and somehow…
I really just wish that we get one moment with this particular trope, to have both characters ending up in the hospital with some form of bodily damage.
I’ve been watching Love Alert since episode one, and I say that not with pride but with the particular resignation…
"The idea that there’s a person out there who would happily help their ex’s ex-boyfriend win back their mutual ex? That’s not growth, that’s fantasy. Humanity is nowhere near that emotionally advanced."
Some viewers kept expecting for Dr. Freeze to be revealed as the usual "BL villain" after he was dumped by Toh, but then we have him becoming "friends" with Toh's brother, his best friend, AND his ex's ex situationship, to help Toh get back with Jimmy?!
That was the moment when I hit the pause button and let out a laugh.
What can I say? If the production had stuck to the original novel, it would have been great. Unfortunately, they…
"They probably wanted to give more space to the second couple and Freeze, who were just spectators in the novel."
Nope. TPTB thought that the audience wouldn't be patient enough nor want to see Jimmy actually putting in the work to turn himself into the guy that deserves a second chance with Toh. They also didn't think that it would be exciting to see Toh putting himself and his feelings first over Jimmy. To see Toh being capable of loving himself, learning about himself and who/what he wants in his life.
The only reason Jimmy and Toh got together is because the entire universe for some reason wanted it. Jimmy made…
"Jimmy made zero effort to win him back. Even Fah lost his brain the last episode, why was he suddenly helping Jimmy?"
When you have to dumb down characters in order to create a HEA it's an half-assed resolution. Having Freeze joining in to help out Toh reunite with Jimmy, who treated him horribly isn't a loving gesture.
Sigh. It's my fault for not dropping this series early.
Don't worry, James and Kad will definitely get cast as leads in another mediocre BL series in 2027.
Literally hate toh. He's no different from jimmy both red flags. They deserve each other. Ngl i kinda ship Freeze…
But even Run isn't mentally in a good place to want to be attracted towards a guy like Freeze. Run has had three attempts to try and get back with Jimmy, when he knew that he never felt anything more than just sex with him.
Well, I guess that's what they feel the audience wants to see. Jimmy regretting his behavior, but he hasn't really changed nor took the time apart from Toh to truly reflect on why he let himself hurt someone that he supposedly "loved" and "cared for". No reflection as to why he felt the need to be so controlling over keeping his feelings in check over actually revealing how much he cared for/loved being with Toh. How much he loved the care and love he received from Toh.
He's been in a drunken, poor me stupor for months.
At least Toh had the self-realization that he still wasn't happy with another man, who actually put him first in his thoughts, and actions.
Everything that Freeze did out of genuine interest, concern, and attraction towards Toh, was also everything that Toh desperately wanted to receive and see from Jimmy. Nothing that Freeze could have done would have made a bit of leeway into Toh's heart and mind.
He just still wants Jimmy. It's a horrible place to be mentally and emotionally, to realize that you are not ready to receive interest, care and affection from from someone else, when you are not over the person who broke you in a previous relationship.
Toh will try to allow himself to feel something more for Mr. Freeze, but his heart and mind still wants Jimmy to choose him.
I really enjoyed seeing Fah telling Jimmy that the "difference" between him and Teh, was that Teh hadn't treated him as a object to "win", like he had done towards Toh.
Toh WAS treated like a plaything by Jimmy. Jimmy knew how much Toh has been invested and into him. Nobody else would have tolerated that crap from him, which was shown in that guy, who just wanted to have sex with him.

Who is the man in the mask?!
This series was crazy.
