I started this awhile ago and dropped it after episode 3. I tend to find slow healing romantic series a little boring.
ji Chang Wook is one of my favourite actors so I decided to give this another go. (Same situation with lovestruck in the city, I dropped that too)
BUT I do have to say I think it depends on your current mood if you will like a show or not. Because this second time around I was very much into it and enjoyed it. I still find 16 episode series a bit of a drag. I’m preferring the 12 episode ones lately.
I will say this was one of my favourite series last episode though. Usually everything is either tied up too early and boring or the ending is rushed. This was a perfect ending.
Do y'all think this show is worth watching? I saw ppl saying that the ml is immature and bullies the fl and I'm…
It’s definitely not bullying. Just teasing my favourite line from the first episode was when she said “I am dying of thirst go get me a drink” and he said something like“ Swallow your spit” I found that hilarious.
My only regret is not waiting till it was finished to start
Could you possibly put yours as a spoiler. I’m only on episode one and it seems you’ve posted a major spoiler.…
Thank you. I do use these forums a lot and haven’t come across too many that don’t mark as spoilers. Obviously I know you didn’t intend to spoil it. I’m hooked first episode. I will regret it when I’m caught up lol
Just finished catching up on this show and I'm loving it! Also damn people on twitter were being so dramatic over…
Could you possibly put yours as a spoiler. I’m only on episode one and it seems you’ve posted a major spoiler. I was coming to ask if it’s best to wait to binge as I’m loving the first episode so much i thought I’d regret being caught up too early. Now I see no point waiting. Please put it as a spoiler for other people.
I could watch Do Jin Ungs fight scenes all day. “3 months hospital for you” “2 months hospital for you” lol. love fight scenes that have a slight comedic affect, and that we are meant to believe he is just a brick that can knock anyone down easily.
I loved this season. I’m glad I didn’t watch them back to back though so I could appreciate them separately. Loved both series.
I’m not usually a fan of political dramas but I don’t feel this focused solely on that. I enjoyed every aspect of this series.
I was enjoying it more when they were on the island in the beginning. Once they moved to the city it was a lot less interesting which is surprising because technically there was more story to tell there.
I kept watching it for the actors, but wish they had more to work with. I preferred their other series more.
I don't know if it's just me but it felt like it lacked something in the first 3 episodes and only started to…
I felt the same. Wasn’t even sure whether to push through but then it got better and I was hooked enough to binge watch it. Helped it was only 12 episodes. Peaked at episode 10.
I’m surprised by the lower reviews. I usually give a standard 8-8.5 for Rom coms. I gave this a 9. Perhaps would have been a 9.5 if I hadn’t started it too early and had to wait for the final 2 episodes so I lost the flow a bit.
I loved all the characters. The mum, the friends but without a doubt the 2 female leads were awesome. Especially Lee Jung Eun.
One of my favourites so far this year.
Just to add after reading more comments. I never understand why people get so annoyed that things with the storyline take time. Like the ML finding out about her changing or her parents. If things happened as easily as people want there would be no series to watch. Yes it’s always annoying people break up and get back together near the end, often not making sense. But unless you want 5 episodes there needs to be drama to make a whole series.
Not sure what the point of Officer Song liking the Prosecutor was. I get not everyone has a happy ending but I don’t think they even needed to add that she had feelings for him.
It has a (kind of) funny ending? It ended good, so...make of that what you will
Sadly Oh Chi Hyeon did. I actually liked him but he did as he was told. He wasn’t going to do it, but the idiot character ruined his last chance to be saved.

The whole cast and characters were great.
