I watched the 6 episodes that are out. On his side, things start to make more sense by half of episode 5. But from her side it changes nothing imo : she started to like him, spared his life and treated it kindly when she believed he killed her mother (and the whole street). I think he knew her from a previous life and remembers her while she forgot...

Honestly this is quite weak. FL says she wants to kill ML because he KILLED HER MOTHER but never does when she has the chance, always finding excuses, and he expects her to have feelings for him and develops feelings gor her when HE KILLED HER MOTHER. Everytime he complains to her I keep thinking he should stfu given what he did and there should be no way she is so nice to and worried about him, when she is supposed to be motivated by revenge and had no prior feelings for him.

An interesting video was an interview of the Word of Honor cast : some older actors talked about the two main characters being in love way more easily than the younger ones, who seemed shocked and were censoring themselves. I hope this will change for the better soon enough.
Wait... isn't there a 50% chance that the FL and ML are actually related ? Cause both FL (Chuning) and Xiaorou (ML's alleged twin sister) were in the same crib. The matron saw the necklace belonging to ML's sister and assumed it was Xiaorou. But imo it was more on Chuning"s side and even it wasn't it was between them so there is a 50% chance the matron got it wrong and Chuning is actually the sister. 😧 Also if it was Xioarou then she was in love with her twin without knowing it. What a mess !

I cannot give up yet and settle with the idea of never seeing this show when WE KNOW it has been filmed, when the bts look good and when they casted Luo yunxi and Chen Feiyu ! The amont of work, time and money that went into this, it cannot all go to waste because the government hates lgbt and fear a censored show will lead to what ? love and tolerance ?
