This movie left such a deep impression to me that I can't help but write this. Sunny is a very touching tale about a group of people who proved that a long time away from each other cannot break the bond between friends. This movie shows the bond of seven different kinds of people. They have different dreams, interests, and yet their friendship is so beautiful. It's the kind of friendship that makes you brave and feel at ease because you know your friends are trustworthy and worth keeping. Theirs is a story that could make one feel nostalgic, no matter how old or young one may be. Now, there may be some who, like me, may be shocked by the amount of cursing here, but once one got over it, it doesn't matter anymore. It even adds to the humor of the film. The cinematography is done well. It shifts from the present to the past of the characters and the transitions are done very smoothly through the use of tricks in the camera. Moreover, the changes/development and feelings of each character are greatly emphasized with this. I cannot describe how satisfied I am by the acting of everyone, especially the teen and grown-up actresses for the members of Sunny. Well executed, indeed. The songs played in the movie are well chosen. The English songs that are used are the kind that my parents love to listen to so I'm delighted to hear them here. They match the atmosphere the story is making. Everyone should give this a try. A story of a timeless friendship is always refreshing to watch. I'd love to re-watch this, no matter how many times, with the presence of friends who I'd love to share this story to.
