You are talking nonsense whether someone can afford to "buy" a gift was not the point. There are many that can afford to but don't because they are thoughtless or just don't care. And regardless of if the person is rich or not doesn't mean you can be an unappreciative a**hat if given a gift. Have you never heard the saying - It's the thought that counts. It shouldn't matter rich or poor, bought gift or homemade gift, or even just well wishes and no gift - one should just appreciate that someone recognized them in some manner. No one owes you anything so appreciate if they do something for you , don't be dismissive cause "they are rich" ... Otherwise you just come across as as a jealous bitter ol' man (or woman).

The US courts just granted discovery for a defamation lawsuit for a SK idol/actor (suit against a US based person). So, it can be argued successfully in the US courts. And I imagine that case will set some precedence to be used in other cases.

I get your point about her being rich but you are missing the point is some rich people don't give a thought to others unless they are in their upper circle. If it was so common, then the young actor wouldn't have probably mentioned it. The fact that she thought about giving him something at all speaks that she is a least thoughtful towards others even if it "doesn't cost her much". (I guess you haven't met any miserly or thoughtless rich people who ignore the "peasants").

They forwarded their findings to the prosecutors office for eval (including info on gsr) and that office forwards their recommendations on who to prosecute (in this case gsr), which then goes to judge for final adjudication . Generally that's how it works. Technically there are several cases still pending court hearings So not just the police but also prosecutors office said they were fake . And fwiw why didn't gsr get his own forensic team to evaluate his evidence as well. Where is his expert witness on the evidence?

From what I read the age of consent in Nigeria is 18 (not 11). In areas with Sharia law there is conflict (where Sharia allows younger than 18 and thus in conflict). But the law clearly states it's 18 not 11.

Addressing #1 - He didn't cause her to have a huge debt. She had a huge debt because she drove while drunk and damaged property and probably violated contract clauses. He also couldn't admit he dated her when she virtually tried to black mail him while his QoT drama was airing. He, as lead actor, could not admit anything as it would affect his currently running drama. Which in turn affects the income of all the production crews, other actors and actresses, investors, etc. .. even probably by contractual requirements could not. This is the same action ANY actor would take during the airing of a new drama. Being in the business she clearly knew this yet posted it anyway in order to try to manipulate him into calling her (IMO). As for the debt, they'd already negotiated lowered penalties for damages and paid them for her since she didn't have the money. Technically she owed them (her company) the money rightly. I'm not sure why some people act like they forced her to drive drunk and arrested her for non-payment .. it was her fault and from what I read they had supposedly only sent her one (maybe two) dunning letters (in a year). Hardly sounds like they hounded her for the money. Additionally, they wrote off the debt anyway. But yea, believe he was all evil about it. (not addressing #2 for obvious reasons).
