Why would he punch him in the junk🙀 Ain't he got a use for it? Well, that's if you believe the premise about them getting to kink-bond over a passion filled night. That's the reason there - if anyone in the team gave two shits about execution, this could be a genuinely good storyline about someone getting their first taste of kink and getting roped into a relationship, while struggling between temptation, craving and fear. I saw people in rl make really stupid decisions in pursuit of that high, so I find Kim very level-headed in comparison:) I personally think their dynamic's quite fun - but it'd be much easier to sell if there was at least a trace of sexual tension between the two actors.

Yes I hope that push and pull develops into sth equally interesting:) I have no idea what is going on with this fake kissing... I thought it was just the terrible editing in ep1 that made it look so bad. But I guess it's deliberate?! Kind of weird mood killer... I'd say either improve or skip altogether.

Well, the series went all the way from terrible to just bad in the last 4 eps - that deserves a praise! I think the fun hate just run its course - not much point repeating same things every week. I don't think anyone doubts how badly executed this is though. More like who cares when it entertains;)

I'm so dead:D Poor Lop. I like their dynamic. Watching Kim test and undermine Kamol on his turf was quite entertaining. I still don't get who Cherry is to Kamol and Day to Kim but I can live with that. But yeah the non-kisses are a turnoff..

Ep3 was snail-paced. Way too much staring at nothing, sighing and self-talk... Still I giggle-cackled through half of it - this series is like a laughter therapy to me. That spooky blood message was my fav:D I'm not sure I like where this is going next though. Is Cherry actually pursuing Kamol? That'd be pathetically logic-defying cause the guy couldn't be more clear about his lack of interest. I thought she just wanted in on his business or sth more interesting. I guess we'll see.

Lol feel sorry for the actors, but I'm not gonna fault people for taking the piss when deserved. Can't believe no one in the production team saw what we saw - that scene should've never been approved for airing.

Haha! Not sure if I'm more scared or excited to watch the next bed scene… could be the last straw or the best laugh of the week… They should add suspense to the tags;)
KP? For now it's more like Chai Jidan's stuff lol. Still haven't caught up with that one btw. Every time I plan to, I mysteriously end up doing sth else... Ep2 scarred me:D Me and comedy in KP - now that's the very definition of no chemistry;)

I'm basically watching this for the eyecandy - the sets, the city, the natural scenery, the fighting… though I wish the use of harnesses was less obvious. Also, wish the camera work was a little less nausea-inducing.
I don't really care about any of the characters though, and the mystery is not engaging. Not sure why, cause they're similarly designed to the longest day in Changan and that one was thrilling. Maybe it's the lack of good, properly fleshed out adversaries/villains? Or maybe it's the direction and I just vibe with Cao Dun's storytelling better. Still, I hope some exciting characters/story arcs will appear later on...
Oh, one thing I do love is the bgm. I got goosebumps a few times - the good kind:)

Ahoy:) I watched it and had fun! It does feel like a major creative misunderstanding - the kind of mess that happens when the producers and directors have no clear idea/feel for what they want their work to be. It has hilariously over-the-top moments that'll make you lol, except the comedy seems 100% unintentional… which totally works for me - I'd probably hate it if it was scripted (with those sound effects x_x). I hope they go even more overboard with the mafia stuff - apparently in the book the guy keeps bengal tigers as some killer pets:D Poor acting/chemistry is the biggest flaw by a wide margin. All the scenes with them in one frame so far have been unintentional hilarity - but if it doesn't improve it's gonna turn into a bad joke soon. Anyway, so far it's been a good mood improver;)

Lol 5.8 that's brutal for MDL:) I personally had a lot of fun watching the 2nd ep but I get the outpouring of disappointment. Since the whole premise of this show is built on the idea that these two have life-changing level of sexual compatibility - sizzling on-screen chemistry should've been top priority. Taking that premise and ending up with every scene of them together so far turning into comedy gold, is an art! …of incompetence. Imo both actors more or less fit their roles, they just don't fit each other.

So this was taken down both in yt and Viki? Anyone knows why and if for good? Or has a link to a working playlist? Please and thank you:)

From the perspective of almost a month after the finale, I'll say this story would've worked better in the miniseries format - with 3 seasons of 9 eps. Despite it ticking almost all of my fav boxes, I did feel slightly overwhelmed and tired around ep18. I think even a short break between seasons would've worked great for the audience to clear our minds and at the same time build the anticipation for what's to come - a win-win for everyone. The first climax could've been the ep8 boat incident, the second - a properly fleshed out demise of the most interesting among the drug dealers, and the third - the rest. With 3 more eps they could've given us a more detailed final arc, but also more breathing room between the intense/action parts. Still, I'm gonna keep my 9/10 rating, with that last 0.5 going solely to Long ge for being my fav character of the year hands down;)

You seem to have made a lot of assumptions about these characters. How do you figure Kamol is a Dom? Because it looked to me like he just gets off on dealing out pain:D Come on, a hook-up with some sensation play does not constitute a bdsm or D/s relationship. I didn't see any indication that Kamol is in the lifestyle… Plus, I assume they didn't teleport into the bathrobes in that room and discussed on the way what was going to happen.

I wish there was porn! This sequel would at least have that going for it:D Did I skip all the good parts?!🙀 Cause I only saw kissing and some sensual touches.
