I hope some liu liang stars are catching this and promote it to their fans, hahaha. Any way to get this drama out there for people to enjoy and have it get the recognition it deserves!

Does anyone know how this drama is doing internationally? From what I saw, the Chinese audience rated this drama very high on Douban, the latest was 8.8 score, which is supposed to be very high.

Yes yes yes, this is worth it! I see you are a Love and Redemption fan - so am I! I actually had my profile pic with LnR for the longest time and just changed it yesterday. To be honest, since LnR, no other historical/wuxia/xianxia drama could fully capture my heart though there were some good ones. But this one is really refreshing so far and climbing up the ranks for me!

I haven't watched that series before but heard of it being a classic! After this series, I might start digging into the past works of Chen Xiao!! :)

Going to add that to my PTW list. I really liked what I saw of Sun Li, so I can only imagine how good the acting will be for this show with the combo of Sun Li and Chen Xiao. From what I saw of Chen Xiao so far in ADOS, I'm convinced and impressed by his acting!

I just discovered him as I haven't watched any of his other works before, but I can say he is one of the stronger actors out there! His eyes....

This is the best drama of 2022 so far for me. I hope it maintains its good pace and captivating storyline!!

That’s the difficulty with on air dramas! 😭 how is Heroes? I never watched the male lead and was not too impressed by the female lead in another drama. But I do love xianxias and historicals that have a good romance intertwined.

The novel was sooooo good!

I feel he is the type that gets more and more handsome as you watch his drama!

Oh yea I totally remember the time many people felt Mark Chao was not a fit to be casted for his role in Eternal Love! I also personally thought he wasn’t attractive looking. But his acting was so good and the character felt totally made for him, that I fell for his charm. The same thing happened for Cheng Yi in Love and Redemption. I also did not find him handsome but totally fell for his charm in the drama! I think the same thing is happening for Chen Xiao! His acting, manliness, charm, expressions, body language are making up more than enough. He is looking more and more handsome with every episode. :)
