Judgement will happen for humanity, it is humans who will stand on a day when the sun will be brought forth and it's humans that will be waiting 50000 years just in fear waiting for it to start. God will not be judged, He will judge and He has already judged in this life as well, He told us what He hates and what He loves. God has decreed punishment for certain sins in this life.

If you are trying to say "why did bad things happen to so and so and not to so and so" the answer is Qadr. Allah tests whomever He wills, and those tested with hardship will have their reward in the afterlife, and the time given to oppressors is not them getting away but merely Allah increasing them evil so He can punish them in the next life.

but you were ˹so busy˺ making fun of them that it made you forget My remembrance. And you used to laugh at them.
Today I have indeed rewarded them for their perseverance: they are certainly the triumphant.”
