I don't think Yuan Mo is bullied. But he's a slacker who earns his treatment and distrust with all his schemes.…
I simply cannot defend the FL at all
In episode 6 she goes behind the MLs back and makes cosmetic and gets him in trouble when he is literally in the process of getting them a new house with two bedrooms and when he doesn’t want to take the blame she tries to frame him and make him look guilty
There is zero chance what he has done is worse than what she has up to this point, like it’s actually kind of gross

He quite literally had the authority to stop her from sneaking in, it was his job to check the papers. He saw her steal it in the first place and that was why he stopped her
Yes he took her money and wasted it but since then she has spent far more of his money in return. Also, he didn’t drag her into a case, she followed him on her own because she didn’t trust him, he literally didn’t make her do anything.. lol
I’m not painting him as a paragon of virtue, but I don’t think there is any doubt the guy has been getting a ton of crap and has not dishes out nearly as much to the FL.

This man is definitely bullied fairly often at the start
He solves most of the cases and the FL who entered the city illegally and is dependent on him spends most of her time pranking or talking down to him by the episode OP mentioned.. lol
As someone who works in IT, I almost raged when this man started yanking out all those Ethernet cables from what looks like servers and then throwing coffee on them?
How dare you, the simple audacity. I demand life in prison
Strong MLs in dramas will fight 10+ people and be like: “Should I use my weapon for it’s intended purpose since they are trying to kill me? Nah, imma smack em with it”
Then proceed to get overpowered and lose, like clockwork 🫠
For me SWM and CYT romance is understandable given that she was entrusted by her father before he died to SWM…
It just in no way feels organic or believable to me
The dad entrusting her doesn’t mean she would fall in love with him, it could be of him taking her as an adoptive daughter which their ages in the show likely makes it believable or close
He has never really shown any romantic feelings toward her at all and it just feels super weird to keep the whole thing going as is, feels like a disservice to her character as a whole
Honestly it has always been the one thing that is just not great about this drama.
Yep, it just doesn’t make any sense honestly.
If they wanted to portray a student/teacher angle or how the other girl considers him a brother then I can see it
It just seems obviously weird and forced and I’d rather they just let Su Wuming end it so we can move on, her role is pretty wasted on being a weird love interest and his protector
They took advantage of that and killed him, they even said afterwards it was a loss. it was a setup to begin with
This is something that happens a lot in dramas but it really bothered me here because he mentioned the debt settled and nobody brought it up
I have to knock off points for writing on that alone, even if they dismiss it I would’ve been happier
I guess the guards the guy murdered from Yong along the way just don’t count eh? lol

I see the issues with the ML and lying but I also don’t love the writing of the FL and I can guess how she will be after the story continues
I just know it will end up being the bland “I won’t forgive the ML” and he will end up changing his character to only care about her
It’s starting to scream of lazy writing tropes all over
I honestly lost interest a couple episodes on and the ending just felt extremely mediocre and rushed. I guess I’m glad I finished it
I have to admit that’s a massive disappointment for me 💀
The ole no staff or security for vip patients and someone can just walk in and out at night and so as they please. The classic
How dare you, the simple audacity. I demand life in prison
I am 5 episodes in and he needs to just go, his character is so stupid and pointless
My man DuoBao deserved better
This dude just did not care
My mans brought out a custom made agricultural tool 💀

I really have no idea why they even made this a thing, it just feels so forced and out of place ever single time 🫠
