I dont know how I feel. It started with the serial killer and interviewer, which I felt invested already and all of a sudden, the whole narration ended up in the flashback. In episode 4 now.

Yea, the show relied on people investing on him. So I can see why some can be put off

Feels raw, realistic and unresolved.

It is something that resonates and made you reflect. The challenges, the pain, the joy, and the realization.

It's a slice of life story, so the storytelling may not be as even and as straight forward it is, especially it was broken into "chapters". The series rely heavily on you investing your time and feelings on the main lead. It's his story, and it's his perspective; so you can't really expect exposition of other character's story.

I really can't understand why this amazing drama is not popular as Glory or weak hero 😳 + the acting 🤌🏻🔥
Must be because of explicit, they usually end in a more niche, compared to glory or weak hero which is not as explicit.

SK is established because they are pretty much recycled from old Physical show. Other teams have no experience…
Like I said, it is all dependent on casting; who knows maybe the SK athletes that agreed to join in the show are the only ones availability. And besides, you cannot expect all countries to have Eddie Williams or Igedz Executioner, there is a reason why that made them special and warrant them to be feature in the show. This show is not about some random celebrity athlete with no credentials, they are nationally and internationally acknowledge athletes, with expertise in their fields, that already narrowed down the pool of casting, plus availability, plus willingness to join and you cannot expect too to have an even physicality when you have countries with different average lifestyles, built and physicality.

Also built and size is not the only metrics of athleticism, who knows, maybe each country may have a leeway of deciding who they want to team up with and go to the show, so you cannot point out to casting to get everyone with same built.

Again, casting is not easy like you think of, especially we are not even have information on how they are casted.

What do you mean?

Of course, they have better casting for SK, because like I said, they are recycled from old Physical show, they have an unfair advantage of being familiar with the show, with the games, and having played together in previous show made team spirit a lot easier.

I dont think you realized that casting is not easy. While SK have 'ready made team' and casts willing to do one more season for this kind of show, the rest of the countries don't. Not every country have running sports competition like in Korea where they have Physical franchise. Perhaps, the Physical: Asia casting crew have their own dream team but unfortunately, they can't be casted for several reasons: scheduling, athlete not willing to participate, etc. In the end, the crew can only deliver what they can.

i think they should do better with casting. they gave SK a balanced out teams while other teams got more weak…

Manny is probably just used as marketing ploy by Netflix/Physical. They needed big names in the show, you can't get any bigger than Manny in Asia. He has to leave because he has to prep up for his match.

Indonesia also switched out one of their team mates, which oddly did not even get a chance to play any game, since they get eliminated

this is not Physical Asia my ass Australia is not in Asia the creator of this show is stupid instead they should…
Theres a lot in play here and probably some politics involved too. Netflix must have a good viewership in Australia. But I get you, Australia is pretty much seen as Westerners by Asians.

Isai brought in but not even given a chance in action. Glenn is so good looking. Sad that Indonesia left.

It was pretty good and interesting, but overall it's just average, and the writing was weird. I mean, I wouldn't…
Had to give them a leeway, it's a fiction anyway, and the story needs to be told that way for the point to be made. At least the police and the PI found out, I think that's like writers telling you that the issue is acknowledged.

They figured early on the whole ISBN barcode thing, and yet when they have opportunity to get to suspect's library - full of books, ML did is to trash it, why he didn't put two and two together that he needs to find those books?

It is not rigged, IMO.However, Korea has an unfair advantage, given that the athletes are recycled from Physical:100.…
It's also a team sports. They have competed against each other before, they know them a lot better and most likely formed friendship post show, so the camaraderie must be there before Physical:Asia
