This is a drama that is really excellent but does not appeal to everyone. Audience who like the genre like me will enjoy the drama a lot. A very few actors comparatively take on these kind of roles and dramas. So, firstly hats off to the leads

I was like this scene is in the novel. This is what happens when she is in these set of clothes and background. Can' wait for the release

For those who did rated it without watching and criticize for it's sad ending, I am sorry but you standard is too low. You guys cannot appreciate a masterpiece.

Is it only 6. I thought it was going to be 8 or 9 just like other chinese dramas

I am also re-watching ep 15 and 16 where bai lu tells her mother about her feelings and zhousheng chen listening to them from outside the door. But the legendary scene of OaO is still Bai lu in the red dress in last scene.

It is a happy ending for sure. In a video of shiyi-bailu special, the director told that bai lu had 33 crying scenes in which she portrayed each scene differently. Modern day zhousheng chen has crying scenes but it not totally pathetic. He will overcome his difficulties.

Why do people behave like this. They clearly know that it was a sad ending and knew that there was going to be a happy prequel. Why do they have to watch it in the first place when they are going to spread hate. It was because of the sad ending it made such a powerful impression on us. Even though there was no prequel, I would have watched it cause sad ending doesn't mean it is bad. One and only is truly a legendary drama. I felt like I was watching some poetry. Everything was literally perfect so I hope everyone can be more broad-minded and watch both the dramas. If u don't, then it would be a pity IMAO.

Even in the novel, at first it was shiyi who takes the initiative. After he gets sure of his feelings and spends the night with her, he slowly starts to change and takes the initiative. Both the leads are equally initiative which makes it look very good..

It is 5:30 pm for me. I am dying to see the first episode. Dying to see shiyi and zhousheng chen. Dying to see the airport encounter.........

It is fine even if u don't see the prequel. But I am sure many of u would want to watch the prequel while u r waiting for the episodes to get released. You will not have any confusion even if u watch only the sequel.

There are kiss scenes in the drama. How about u wait for some time and when the episodes where there are kiss scenes get released u can watch it if u get interested.

All the attacks are there and it still follows the novel even though they have changed his family occupation. I am so happy.....
