The fight didn't start cuz jigoo was scared jiyeon would steal wooju. And it wasn't cuz jiyeon steals men

The fight started when jigoo swallowed her pride and asked jiyeon to help her look pretty. For a guy. So that was double the insecurity and taking a chance itself was hard on her

And jiyeon knowing what it took jigoo to ask such a question flared her own insecurity.
if it means that much to jigoo, it must mean jiyeon will lose her
So she ignored the text

Then adding fuel to the flame, she flirted with wooju
So the past trauma of jiyeon getting the guy scared jigoo not cuz she was scared she'd lose him but cuz it must mean wooju wasn't as interested as her. It's her fear of rejection. Cuz if a guy likes her enough he wouldn't be effected like kang pd

Tbh if jigoo didn't hold so much pride and fear of rejection, she'd have taken the dress without waiting for permission.
But her fear made an excuse for her that "she couldn't dress up cuz jiyeon didn't let her". And thus she wouldn't allow the chance of wooju not being impressed or interested in her efforts
So fear of rejection meets fear of abandonment

Yes jigoo felt more insecure now that she actually likes a guy and jiyeon's behavior became a trauma, but if the guys were really interested in jigoo, 10 jiyeon's wouldn't have change their minds

I'm saying this cuz I relate the most to a jigoo, at points I didn't wanna look girly so I rebelled and wore all black then after highschool I re rebelled into girly cuteness. You can't blame others for our own personalities.
I don't look at an overly cutesy rich girl and say dang I can't compete let me wear sweets all the time

Exactly, the point is them as a trio with their evolving relationship

If jiyeon does this to a "new friend" she'd be dumped right away, so in a way she's "testing" the friendship and self sabotaging. A bit like sohee throwing a tantrum at kang pd cuz she wanted to see how far he'll take

There's so many things lacking here, the plot lines are more fit for a webtoon

But, the past connection, the ml that rarely talks, the fl that won't stop talking, and the whole delivery is just so badly executed.

Mls that won't talk are one of the worst plot movements for me, there needs to be balance between their words, and a bit of bantering between the leads
She talks nonsense and he won't say the most important plotlines. It's so frustrating

Jiyeon didn't tell them when it was her mom's memorial, and she hid at the back, finally not smiling and saying everything ok, she has deep dark emotions too

Sohee screamed and threw a tantrum at her mom because she wasn't over dealing with the grief of her dad
Then she yelled at kang pd cuz she was embarrassed and wanted to test him

Jigoo doesn't feel like she can depend on others or make a move cuz of her student that died, she kept making excuses too ignoring wooju and putting a wall cuz she was afraid to get hurt again

And ofc I already mentioned kang pd bellow

Jiyeon never really cried over her illness or her breakup and she always acts like she's ok when she's not. Sohee always feels the need to be the middle glue that keeps the fire and ice together so her own emotions are put on the backseat
Jigoo always acts like she doesn't need what she can't have because she's afraid she can't reach it. She wants pretty clothes and dresses but doesn't have the finances, she wants to date but shallow men around her did choose the "girly girls" over her


But this show sure wasted time on yoga instructor arc, eventho they wanted a new friend and a enemy to friend, the writing around it lacked, but this show is still so convenient and yet so complicated

It's like we're watching a different drama. Non of these girls are perfect, they are all flawed, so different and so full of baggage. That's the point here

Sohee is an emotional time bomb eventho she acts "go with the flow" and easy going
Jiyeon hides her deepest emotions eventho she "always says the truth with no filter"
Jigoo doesn't show "vulnerability" and has too much "pride" evetho she looks confident and "have it all figured out"

Jiyeon is the one "women hate" so she doesn't have any other friends beside these two. Sohee and jigoo make friends easily. So jiyeon's "talkative positive behavior" is her choice and excuse so no one including herself thinks "why doesn't she have other friends"
And yes her behavior is not an excuse, it's a toxic cry for help. If her friends had stable relationships they too would forget her so yes she's self sabotaging
love of friendship is deep too, but romantic relationships get higher value. If they get married they'd move out, if they have kids they wouldn't spend time every night, sohee and jigoo can adapt but jiyeon can't

Everyone is messed up that's the beauty of this

Soo was it a dream or like, after dojoon died hyunwoo woke up back in his OG body?

Cuz even after ep10, when the guy that saved him was taken away I thought that was dojoon dying and hyunwoo went back to his own self🤣

It wouldn't have taken them much to say dojoon had a different face like the ghost whisperer's husband before they forgot that plot line.
So hyunwoo was just "borrowing" dojoon's life, cuz reborn would've been being born again so technically he was just reawakened as someone else

Usually kdrama past traumas are an excuse for cold ml,
but here his mom died/disappeared, he lacked the healthy relationship mindset
And living so seriously as a kid and getting depression, he decided to approach life nonchalantly to not get hurt

Reminded me of what he did in s1 staying by her when she heard about her dad's passing 😭 such a sweetie hidden under all that "patheticness"🤣

She has no respect or understanding of other ppls feelings and only thinks about herself
And I never liked ml liking fls 1st cuz he'd have a fantasy perception of her he also doesn't take a chance to understand she has issues and isn't the perfect girl he imagines

Dropped after ep2 I can't take either of them 🤣🤣

A woman saying no after 1 date means the guy should leave her alone
And a guy saying sorry he was late should be accepted cuz he was literally just late cuz of work
Both are crazy ✌🏻

I only watched 1ep, and by the end she said several times she wasn't interested anymore and lied(?) That she's dating someone else
He's a red flag for not taking no for an answer
