Both have more comedy than really scary stuff and make you root for the characters. When it comes to scare level both have a really low level and can be watched by people who are scaredy-cats like me without trouble.

Both adaptions are based on the same real life event of 12 boys and their coach being trapped inside the Tham Luan cave. While "The Cave" focuses more on the rescue itself, "Thai Cave Rescue" shows more of the families of the boys and their feelings during the rescue mission.
Both are very well produced and give justice to the outstanding determination shown by everyone involved in this international rescue mission.

Night Doctor shares a lot of similarities with Code Blue.
- focus on young doctors forming a team under a supervisor doctor that work in a special system (Code Blue: Helicopter aiming to provide fast medical help in the field) (Night Doctors: doctors only working the night shifts to provide qualified medical aid during nighttime)
- the characters growing in their professions as well as personality
- struggles with obstacles
- friendship and team building
- similar characters and ambitions or insecurities
- good mix of comedy and drama

Code Blue is more graphic than Night Doctors when it comes to the medical scenes but not gory. Code Blue has 3 seasons plus spin-off, sequel, specials and a movie that are all connected story-wise. Here's the chronological order:
Code Blue Season 1 (2008)
Code Blue Special (Farewell Facing Tomorrow) (2009) (connects Season 1 and 2)
Code Blue Season 2 (2010)
Code Blue Season 3 (2017)
Code Blue: Another Everyday (Spin-Off) (2018)
Code Blue Mou Hitotsu No Senjou Special (2018) (Sequel and bridge to movie)
Code Blue: The Movie (2018)

Lust, Caution reminded me of The Handmaiden. Both play in countries under Japanese occupation and between the 1930-40s. Both are for mature audiences and include nudity and sexual content. The movies are based on stories, Lust, Caution on a short story, The Handmaiden on a novel.

The dramas have similar humor and a cute couple even though the guys in Boy Next Door are not together.

Birthcare Center has a more mature approach considering it's showing the life of mothers with newborn babies. Both dramas have great sismance vibes and showing females supporting each other. They have great comedy but also give meaningful messages. Actor Yoon Park played in both dramas.

Not similar story wise but both movies have great cinematography.
Both are with an historical setting and about old traditions.
The Peking Opera in Farewell My Concubine and Yoshiwara in Japan with its courtesans in Sakuran.
Also the movies are more suitable for a mature audience.

Season 2 is the continuation with the setting in the business world after Season 1 played in the school setting.
It also deals with a lot of social/gender issues and has the same style.
The cast is different but once again consists of female leads that support and comfort each other. Gives off the same vibes than the first Season.
