I just started this and I am loving it already! I also can't believe we got Cheng Xiang who has three dramas where he plays Xiao Ge, and then Xu Zhenxuan with four as Wu Xie! Love how these two are reuniting in the same series too! Not to mention they were both in FSH! I alr love seeing them both here together (it's also my first DMBJ series)!
Iβm on ep 3 and I donβt know whatβs going on but Iβm lowkey vibing with it
I loved the chemistry btw the leads~ They were a beautiful cp~ I think they might be the most equal pairing I've seen too (won't spoil what that means but you will see)! Oh, and you're a STAY! Me too!! π«£
As far as I watched (up to ep 27), I don't understand this low rating. Is it because of the ending, or were there…
Thing is, the rating's been like this basically throughout the drama's airing... seems like ppl just have genuine negative opinions about it. Anyways, I am really shocked about the rating bc it was highly enjoyable for me except some of the last eps. The main reason for the rating doesn't seem to be how they ended it but prob just throughout the drama since it was always low anyway. But yeah, for sure, some of the ending was not it... Didn't like the way they executed it. It felt forced for some reason. Like some didn't make sense to me and kinda OOC? Some also felt rushed so I couldn't fully process everything that was happening. So while I enjoyed the rest of the drama, after the reveal of the villain, I was alr tired of seeing him anymore... I could only enjoy scenes without him and the sad parts...
I just finished the finale and I really didn't expect it to be quite good. I thought it'd end in continuous tragedy…
However, they should've not made him die during such a happy occasion. It's weird only Tang Fang and Sancai noticed his death. No one else tho? That's unrealistic, esp his sworn bros? Why no reaction from anyone else? π« Dang, I did not like how they added that there in the last minutes of the drama. It could've just been happy. It felt so out of the blue. But looking at a more realistic perspective, rather than what they did, I would prefer to interpret it as that he can't stay in the novel when he belongs to the modern world so he dies after all the events in the novel occurred and lives his modern days again. It was really nice to see his sworn brothers tho and finally a picture of them all together. Oh, and to see Tang Rou at the hospital too was a delight! I missed this man! At least he's not dead in the modern world ig LOL. But... I still like to think everyone Qiushui knew from the modern world ended up merging with the historical world, like his sworn brothers, his mother, and Sancai. Not to mention Sancai seemed to foresee the modern events of him and Mingming lol.
Loved this man as Tang Rou in Fushanhai. He even became one of my favorite characters of the drama. It'd be really cool if he and Chengyi do another drama together. I'd absolutely be up for it! π₯Ή
I just finished the finale and I really didn't expect it to be quite good. I thought it'd end in continuous tragedy lol... Instead it was a success and we see righteousness wins! Hahahaha when Liu Suifeng said, "You won," I was like, "Dang, you actually didn't forget about the bet you guys made way back!" π€£ Nah, but these two should've became friends! I legit missed their dynamic which was lost like halfway thru the drama? Like why not many more scenes of them together π Anyways, ending was for the most part amazing! Glad it was mostly happy...
Love in the clouds on oct 8 and yummy yummy yummy in oct 9...i see the screenwriters are the same (although the…
Lol nice to see you again! Idek if I can watch all three LOL I'll prob stick with two or even just one tbh skdjskdjs and tbh this one is what I will be going for 100%!
Dang it's a family transmigration? Now that sounds fun... But frick, there's Love in the Clouds, Fated Hearts, and this... you're kidding me π I gotta opt out for now but I'll so look forward to watching this in the future!
I think from comments here throughout the drama there have been many who have loved the first episodes and the…
I also come to rewatch clips of scenes I enjoyed! It makes me miss the first eps so much! My favorite ones has gotta be Qiushui and his mother, as well as Qiushui with his sworn brothers! I miss our Shenzhou Sworn Brotherhood at this time...
I love first episodes. I rewatched them few times already π they are very good and funny. And I can say every…
I needa start rewatching them esp bc I really miss them, esp Tang Rou! Whenever I see him, I'm like, "Why couldn't we have more of him?" I've always felt smth is missing with the brotherhood and it must be Tang Rou... π As the saying goes, when one is missing, it feels incomplete π Really loved the positive vibes these first eps gave! It was so refreshing and I miss it aahhh!!
Ep. 6 is still one of my fav eps. along with ep.25 and winner is ep. 34 and that ep. of QS vs LCZ!
I can't rmr which ep is my fave of the first released eps as I haven't rewatched them but yk what, I should... My fave ep overall is def the one when Qiushui and Li Chenzhou finally meet! That was just too good! Chengyi meeting Chengyi is everything aahhh!! I wished we got more scenes of them together tho :( That fight scene against Crazy Yan and Qiushui was literally sooo good! And when Qiushui finally revealed Kaiyan's true nature? That felt sooo good!!
