uhmm is zhangtai and yanxiao the tragic couple from moonlight mystique?? if yes then they reunited in this drama…
Frrr I LOVED them there! Thry deserved a HE π I alr knew we were gonna see them here and hope to see them get interactions, at least friends would be nice (but them as a cp would be even more amazing tho I doubt it's happening). Btw I haven't started so idk anything yet and prefer no spoilers at all lol
Who would've thought Zuo Ye would be in this? Better yet, playing the same character as Lu Yuxiao? This MJTY reunion is everything. Now it's time they add Zuo Ye to the cast π₯
Oh I thought it was just me , I was thinking such bad film quality and almost dark blurry
Same? Hmm... I compared tho and Netflix one looks much better, clearer, and more vibrant in color... and isn't Netflix naturally supposed to be high quality? Youku doesn't even give 4K at all and its highest quality isn't that great for us international viewers compared to Netflix π
OMG I ONLY SKIMMED THRU THE FIRST BITS AND I'M SEEING ZUO YE? MALE DISGUISE OF THE FL?? I DIDN'T KNOW HE'D BE HERE!! I LOVE THIS MJTY REUNION AAAHHHH!!!!!
Edit: Ahh never mind that, u seemed to have watched more eps~ it def does get better altho I'm one of the minority who still very much enjoyed the first eps
When the entire group of friends get around the same amount of screentime yet they aren't shown to be main roles like dang... And not to mention this poster is so off. Why do we have to have this one on the page? I rmr waiting for this for months b4 it aired and they used the white poster with the boat and lake (which started it all actually) and the friends at the top... Like that should've just been kept honestly. It's such a beautiful poster and I was so used to it.
so is this one going to cover all the book series (so that is why they starts from s1 ) , or is it just remake…
I went thru the comments earlier and maybe (hopefully) we get to see this series with this fixed cast. It's also my first DMBJ series btw and I love this casting. And I have to say the cast did really well playing their characters. I would love for this to be fixed... Hoping to get it. I do know for a fact that there should be a second season coming out. Not sure when, but hopefully soon!
WTHHH... Okay, I haven't watched this and I'm really excited too! But did they seriously have to dub Liu Yuning? Did they really just do this when he's literally the king of OSTs? I never thought he'd be dubbed in one drama bc his voice is FANTASTIC, but man... Okay, well, I will have to get used to it once I watch this...
For me, I loved how Tang Rou was always on Qiushui's side literally, even when it was obvious Qiushui wasn't like all that bahaha it was funny that he always thought super positive of him.
For instance, he believed Qiushui wanted to stop the three of them for fighting that one time bc he thought Qiushui just wanted to go off on his own when in reality he was scared, or that one time when Qiushui was afraid of death but then gave the excuse that with more enemies to fight against, the harder, so they need to take timie to replenish their energy, and Tang Rou was like "Your a good role model" SKFJDSKFJS
Anyways I frickin' loved their bromance in the eps we saw of them!
Yk, Qiushui's reaction to killing Shan Gudao (bahaha we really just call him that bc of MLC) was really so cool to see... it makes it feel more realistic about him entering a historical world!
And that's so funny about the cheat codes. Honestly, I don't blame Qiushui bc I mean, a real person would wanna do it too, right? I don't play games much but when it comes to games, I feel like I'd be him as well LOL
MY MAN HE LUOLUO IS ALSO HERE??? THE CAST GOES WILD!???GIVE ME THIS NOW
Man you're screaming about He Luoluo but did u watch his amazing detective drama The Wanted Detective (don't see it in your watchlist)? It's soooo good! He did incredibly amazing there! My second drama of his I watched since Love Crossed which I also really loved!
Is this worth watching? The reviews above doesnβt seem that good.
I see you've completed Time Raiders. You'll see a new side to the actors that played the characters Wuxie and Xiaoge there (tho they're not friends here, but it's really cool to see). And honestly, it depends on you. People's opinions are different. Their opinions doesn't mean the same will be for you. I will say I thoroughly enjoyed it, despite ofc some disappointments. But overall I really enjoyed the drama. There are many people who didn't either. So you choose whether or not you wanna try. Fight scenes are epic. There are two in the drama I consider super epic and iconic of martial arts scenes I've watched. I love the message about righteousness vs chivalry. The first 10 eps feel more lighthearted but then it gets more serious later on. I did end up missing the lightheartedness (tho it's not for everyone) but I also loved the serious tone this drama began to give. Also, a bonus. You will see two Chengyis so it will be an eye candy.
ZHANG XILING aka our fav XIAOGE'S fate really is so heart-breaking.....we got to know him from all the adaptations…
Really felt this so much! It makes me sad to see the group suspecting him. And the way they say to Wuxie to not worry about him bc he's skilled and invincible (ik Pangzi has said it once tho lol but it's nice they become closer)... Kinda sad that they don't think of him like a human :( I also can't wait to see our iron triangle get closer! (I have yet to finish this and watch other adaptations of this series!)
I just started buttt if at the end ML give up his title for love and to live in the country side Iβm gonna lose…
That's what happened in Shadow Love, right... I was a bit iffy on that kind of ending, but I would like to think that it wouldn't really last forever esp if conflicts do rise
Edit: Ahh never mind that, u seemed to have watched more eps~ it def does get better altho I'm one of the minority who still very much enjoyed the first eps

Your Liu Suifeng mention is really funny. I actually wished we got these two longer, I thought it was off and sad that they didn't keep them together for more eps esp with how they built the two up from the start (and the "Reform Liu Suifeng" mission would've been super cool to see even for a little bit.. well, it seems we kinda got it in the end when he said that he won the bet, but yeah)... It was short-lived π©π It would've been nice to see them become friends too in the end but the drama didn't wanna give us that oof!
