It's just so annoying they didn't clear their music license for most of the foreign groups. They have to “silence”…
Yo, Mr. Zhang Lay, whoever was your manager for licensing clearance and inviting gorups, tell them to include song and performance license in the contracts. It's SOP.

It should've had been part of their contract to have a license to use their performances and songs in anywhere their show will be streamed and aired.

It is biased, of course. Hahaha. Just like with most shows with idols. Also, MDL ratings are the worst in all…
SPOILER

SPOILER

SPOILER

For example, it was obvious from E01 to E02 who the Queen Dowager was cheating on. Then in E03, they gave a surprising twist.

As an Exo-L I’m worried that the rating might be biased 😅 can anyone please honestly tell me if this is good…
It is biased, of course. Hahaha. Just like with most shows with idols. Also, MDL ratings are the worst in all sites with a rating feature. :p

That said, the show is good, at least based on E01 to E04. If anything, There are things that are far too obvious, but are justified because of the twists and surprises. A good balance between the two.

Back then could a queen dowager really hold so much power though? Why can't the king just kill her in the drama?
IIRC, there were points in Joseon's 500-year of existence where queens and queen dowagers, held a powerful network that rivals, or controls, the king and his ministers.

But, then again, Joseon isn't my concentration in history. ^_^

Gaah! If they only cast equally big and popular MLs, there's a huge possibility of seeing an FL+2FL pairing.

It's pretty obvious this is yet another FL+1ML pair.

1ML is EXO Suho.
2ML was a Produce X contestant.

Suho is obviously more established and more popular. He is also more expensive of course, so they wouldn't waste the talent fee they paid him. Hahahaha.

I pity the 2ML, he's doing all he can to get closer to the FL. ROFLOL.

1. yes2.yes3.no idea4.no soo ji's mother has never been in a relationship or had child after she lost soo ji,…
> 8. it seems everyone in Woo ri's residence aren't related to each other by blood, they seem like a family without any blood ties.

Ahh! That finally makes sense. I suddenly remembered how Soo Ji's mother explained how they are a unique family. I guess she's referring to that arrangement: a family that has not blood relation with each other.

Ha! That means FL and ML can date. LOL. All this time, I was thinking that the reason they are not hinting towards a romance was because they're half-siblings. I guess ML haven't truly realised yet; and basically doesn't care about relationships. (I remembered a friend who's like him, relationships and romance are not part of his vocabulary.)

Feedback on First Half of Season 02.Wow. I give up predicting this. The writer did well in changing their approach…
You know, now that the First Half has ended, it has always been clear that they're tackling their humanity when Da Mi's biological mother had a change of heart.

The writer used her to show to us that no matter how evil you may be, as long as you're not a psychopath, you can change and there is something good in you.

There was no way to reach out to the rest of them other than through her and her death. Deep down, each of them understood why she did it, they just wouldn't admit it because their knowledge of her evilness against her own daughter keeps on telling them she's evil to her core.

But, it is there. They knew she changed. Even though she deserves to die, their inner being is telling them: “it was too late for her, but not for you”.

Maybe, just maybe, in the Second Half, all of them will be facing choices on where they want to be in the future, and how they'll pay for their sins. Do they want to die as well? Or, are they going to change for the better?

All the while, they have to fight two psychopaths. Two psychopaths who were schoolmates but never faced each other until now.

Think of the “Pyramid Game”. In Pyramid Game, two psychopaths/geniuses (psychopathy and genius are two sides of the same coin), faced each other during school. In this series, they only faced each other as adults.

And that makes them far more dangerous because they can do more things, especially with that much money.

It will take the 7 of them (those in the burial) to bring them those two psychopaths down.

It is always the 7, ain't it? ^_~

Feedback on First Half of Season 02.

Wow. I give up predicting this. The writer did well in changing their approach to storytelling, and made sure to stay away from what audiences would predict.

It is also more psychological. It touches on relationships, families, and the character of each person. It also tackles people changing, and the question of “for the better or worse?”

At this point, it is no longer about revenge, Da Mi, Matthew, or any of those things.

It's more focused on their individual issues, morality, and, let's admit it, humanity.

If one is _not_ a psychopath, our humanity, and goodness still shows up, no matter how evil our thoughts and heart might be.

This is the First Half of Season 2: Humanity.

LOL. I need to look at a relationship chart every time I watch this. It's always confusing me.

1. Soo Ji and her father are biologically related?

2. Soo Ji and her grandmother are biologically related through her father?

3. If so, what is confusing me, why is the grandmother acting like she doesn't want her daughter-in-law to leave her granddaughter with her? And even fled abroad for almost 30 years.

4. Soo Ji's biological mom gave birth to Woo Ri and Doo Ri?

5. Who was the father of Woo Ri and Doo Ri?

6. Does that mean Soo Ji is older than Woo Ri?

7. And who is that little kid in the Woo Ri home? Is she the biological daughter of Mr. Uncle?

I mean, Mr. Uncle is definitely not Woo Ri and Doo Ri's father because they call him “uncle”. And Soo Ji's biological mother doesn't want to have anything to do with Mr. Uncle.

8. Who is the grandmother in the Woo Ri residence? Is she the biological mother of Soo Ji's biological mom?

9. If so (see #8 and #2), it's highly unusual that the husband transferred to the family of his wife.

UNLESS, the grandmother in the Woo Ri residence is the biological mother of Soo Ji's biological father. AND the grandmother in the mistress residence is the biological mother of the mistress.

Based on the episode hints, something bad happened.

If you're one of those who skip scenes, you probably skipped the scenes that provided some hint/content. :p
