The comment section is a reminder that misogyny and patriarchy may have left the legal systems, but they clearly…
Or maybe it is a historical drama so putting modern progressive ideals here wouldn't fit the timeframe. If people don't want to see traditional societal norms (from 100's of years ago) then they should watch modern dramas.
I swear people have lost all critical thinking skills. I wonder why people watch historical dramas and then b*tch about historical accuracy such as patriarchal societies or harams. It makes no sense to me. If you want to have modern type of mentality/social hierarchy then watch modern dramas. For the record I think the male lead is nailing his role.
No prediction. Knowing about the library was from his assistant (dressed as a woman) who got the information from…
Being caught alone with a man would be enough of a scandal in that time era. The fact that they were caught in the midst of other activities just helped things along
So, he hates his wife because she refused to be intimate with him. They literally bought her at the price of their…
I honestly find this comment section a tad funny because if a person in real life found out that their spouse was screwing around with someone else for 6 years.....the hate and pettiness would be way worse than this. Yes, he exposed her to her family but he also protected the scene from others walking in. You also have to remember that in the era divorces didn't simply happen. Parents are involved with the marriage decisions so this was an efficient way of him getting a divorce without argument . Also, she was controlling and manipulative (don't get me wrong, I understand why she is the way she is. Her family treated women like chattel without any regard to their emotional state) but having a marriage to someone like that would definitely wear on the spouse. Most people nowadays cannot manage to make a marriage last even when they marry for love. These 2 didn't know each other and she came into the marriage with hostility (once again, understandable). He also felt like the marriage was a way to make him do the bidding of her family which made him resentful. All this together for 6 years, I think he was actually pretty kind about it. Because if it was me, I would make my spouses life a living hell for screwing someone else (and I wouldn't have waited 6 years, once would have done it) while we were married.
I think he is a red flag depending on the person? Somebody who thrives on sarcasm and ultra high expectations…
Oh it is definitely childish. He hasn't learned to show emotion at all. I believe the scene on New Year's with his parents definitely explains a lot about his personality. His dad is stern and very taciturn.

I agree that there are many people that cannot understand and handle sarcasm anymore. I will say that his stone face doesn't help his plight at all lol. But most of his "attitude" is straight up sarcasm. He doesn't seem to know how to communicate without it . But beyond all of that he has a soft heart and wants the best for her and those he cares about
Wait. Are we seriously going to a single freaking episode a day??? I hate Netflix. Yes, I blame them. It always seems to be when it is on Netflix that we have this happen

I never said that they were entitled to "unconditional support". What I said was: Spreading unsubstantiated rumors makes you stupid. I also said that actively trying to destroy someone's life because of said rumor is beyond stupid. And I stand by what I said.

No, I pretty sure she is correct. People who still accuse someone for something that has already been proven false are stupid. The police straight up arrested someone saying that they were false allegations made up by someone wanting to get more views. So yeah, stupid is the word. Also, it is called cancel culture. When people go out of their way to destroys someone's life around a rumor (or not waiting until all evidence is clear) then that is cancel culture. Consequence for actions would be by the police or those close to them. Or if you want to go the fan route, then them simply not going to any movies or events. But to actively try to destroy someone is canceling.

AI Overview No, Jung Hae In never said Jung So Min was "tiring" or that she "overwhelms everyone around her." This is a false rumor or mistranslation.
a simple google search disputes this. Probably his haters spreading rumors. Asian anti-fans are insane (actually same for the regular fans as well) People need to get a freaking life. Including people who cannot do a simple search prior to continuing the lies
