I just wanted to say thank you for having an unbiased approach to this. It always drives me crazy when people read something in the media and automatically come to a conclusion without all of the facts. Not only that, there a lot of times media gets some things wrong or twists facts (I know because I have been on the short side of the fence for this one). I really don't understand why people that have nothing to do with a situation or personal knowledge of the situation always make hard judgments. It really is not ok for people to slander others. Anyways, just wanted to reiterate that it is nice to see something non-biased for once. BTW are you in law school? Because your arguments are on point. lol

You can't find it because the other party was found guilty and he was found innocent. This is old news. I should add, that they were found guilty by the court, which should come out before public opinion is formed.
