It's a simple story about dreams and working for it and for young people at their ages to work for their dreams instead of just doing what is expected from them.
It's beautiful to have a crazy dream, when you are young that's what your life is about, the two leads friendship was beautiful and how the ML tries to help the FL be the best version of herself is just so lovely.
Again this isn't a love story but a beautiful friendship between two polar opposite characters.

Good slice of life but lacks logic
I liked this drama but I hated the amount of illogical behaviour from some characters and the unnecessary obscurity of the story.I know it's discussing a very serious issue here but the way the characters handled the abuse matter is so stupid, providing little to no solutions, none whatsoever to anyone who is involved.
What made things even worse (which is a personal matter but still) was the little kid's behaviour and his mum's lack of brains, I know he is a child and he is a wounded one but he was so spoilt like his mum which made it slightly harder for me to sympathise with them. I'm not saying I didn't wish for them to be happy, it's just that I wasn't particularly moved by their story, I had a straight face all the way.
I still loved Hiroto tho, and his selfless character, slightly annoying but I still loved him so much
The transition in the two brothers relationship at the end is the only thing that made sense to me as it's a necessity to both.
I won't say much because it's not necessary, but imho there are other dramas that handled many serious issues in a better way.

The dumbest twist ever
This show tried so hard -and failed- to be this mysterious crime drama where we sit on the edge of our seats trying to solve the mystery of the poisoned drink, where in fact it was more than obvious that the victim is not really a victim and there is an obvious twist.I can't believe i stuck to it while knowing exactly how it will go, from the moment the first suspect exposed the first secret and i definitely knew who was behind everything.
The second twist -in the last scene- was also exposed but in the very very beginning when the photographer was talking about how boring weddings are and how there is nothing "interesting" ever happens.
The show had only one job, and it did it miserably...

The only good thing about this is the baby
The only thing watchable is that baby, cause he is super cute, aside from that nothing is interesting at all.And to put all that weight on a 3 YO baby to make this work is just a stretch, why didn't they invest more in writing better characters and better actors.
And I'm not hating on the actors at all, i love the two MLs, but the BIH here was so meh! The FL is someone i don't know and i can't really say if she is actually a good actress or not since the ML who i like is barely good here, so she could be Meryl Streep for all i know but she doesn't seem like that here because the script is so bad and her character is terrible.
The SML too, he is literally the best but somehow they opted to make the FL ends up with the ML because.... No reason just what the writer wanted.
So yeah, aside from the couple of minutes in each episode where Baby Yuho appears on screen, nothing worth watching...

Another Khemjira disappointment
I'm gonna judge this so hard so buckle up or just skip my review~I love horror and this started off pretty well till they started to do some stuff that didn't make any sense and spoils the whole thing for me.
What i really liked is
1-the makeup and visual effects, the ghosts looked genuinely scary and all the victims and dead were very believable.
2-the story, but not the storylines, weird i know but the idea on paper looks so good, i think it went downhill because of the direction, and the characters were written in a very bad way.
What i didn't like:
1-chararacters, i don't understand what's the idea of giving a very not talanted actors the leading roles in a genre that doesn't fit them, I'm sorry but pooh is poorly talanted, still better than others and he is getting better than in his previous work i have to admit, however my sweet boy had only one facial expression if not scared, he looked at pavel as if he'll jump him any second and that's it, i guess he'd fit in a high school romance maybe, also pavel despite doing well, he looked so young i couldn't take him seriously, this is the leader of the investigation team?? No way.
2- some illogical mistakes, how can you, while investigating a serial crime scenes with a killer on the loose, take a kid, who was a suspect/witness, and let him live in your house, share highly sensitive evidences with, let him know the investigation process and moreover visit crime scenes, victims homes and even give you tips and ideas about how to do your job and what to do next!!! Wtf, mate, this ain't Disneyland!! Let him go, i see no point of him being with him except that they don't have any other way for the 2 leads to be together so we'll just let them live together.
And I'm not even going to talk about how more than half the show it's about the characters relationship not the crime, nor that mushy coroner and his pink haired lover and how he added nothing to the story except getting hurt and being annoying.
I think they should get a korean director maybe, because thai is superior in the horror genre but not the horror bl maybe ~

A hilarious one man show by the adorable Liu Xi Yu
This is the second collab between Liu Xi Yu and Cao Tian Kai out of 3 total, I've seen the other two and surprisingly, this one is my favourite.İ love the duo together, unfortunately this was mainly Liu Xi Yu with Cao Tian Kai literally appearing in no more than 30 mins of the total 2 hrs show, however, and despite lacking a big deal in terms of romance, it was so good watch, and their scenes were so funny.
The story is the weakest thing ever, it's inconsistent and doesn't make any sense, Moreover I've watched the dubbed version which is probably why I was more confused.
This is the first time I've ever watched a dubbed vertical drama, i didn't even know they dubbed them lol but it was the only available version so...
Now what i liked:
-Liu Xi Yu shines here, she is hilarious and so cute with her bunny eyes, her character too is funny and lovable
- the visual edits, oh my goodness!!! Who did that!? Who though about doing that? Give this person a freakin raise cause he upped the whole show to another level!! Specially the head filters, oh my, it must have been so much fun editing this!!
What i didn't like:
- the fact that the ML only appeared on a few scenes and this is supposed to have romance.
-the weird story, and what happened exactly to the system and did she stay in the story or go back to reality, too many loose ends also we don't know the "original story", we kinda experience that with every scene and they didn't a terrible job explaining it.
Overall a very nice and fun show, highly recommended if you didn't think much while watching, love Liu Xi Yu and just for the sake of the filters and edits they added to the show lol.

A better version
İ remember watching the Wang Kaimu-Ye Xinxin version of this, and I liked it very much.I remember I had a few things I didn't like the production quality and a few plot holes here and there, but I gave it a solid 8 which means I enjoyed it very much since I barely rate VDs over 7.
And this by far is a better version, I kinda disagree with everyone on this because I LOVED the chemistry and the romance here more than the other version, to be fair I only saw those two versions so I don't know about the rest, I plan to watch another two (Yao Guanyu-Hou Chengyue ver. And Wang Yige-Zhang Zilin ver. Well, If I could find the latter anywhere)
Story:
Well, the story is complex and has a lot going on, wether it's good story or not, I don't think a few hours will be enough, it needs longer episodes and larger budget, because no matter how long the version, it still has plot holes and a few things that wasn't explained well or they just dropped it altogether, I remember a few things that were explained better in the WKM-YXX version and others were explained better here, and I mean significant scenes and events.
Acting:
While I don't think the "sad and emotional" scenes were very convincing, I loved the flirty and intimate scenes, they were not explicit or anything, but I LOVED the push and pull here than in the other ver. I loved how they looked at each other, their smiles, their small gestures and little touches... Just everything, I wish I can see Zhao Zhendong and Zhang Jinyi again together in a more romantic drama because I genuinely enjoyed them together, I maybe the only one and it needn't all that excitement on my behalf but that's how much I loved them. ZZD was so good, I loved the scenes where he wanted to scare the FL and when he was holding himself back, he was just amazing.
Production was much better compared to the other version, you can clearly see that in the locations and the final product, HOWEVER one thing ruined everything for me, I literally saw the camera or part of it in 4 scenes... IN 4 SCENES!!! One, I'll call it a mistake, but 4?? That's just someone being lazy doing his job.
Aside from that, hair make up clothes, all is ok, nothing to write home about.
Final thought, the story has a lot going on so if you don't like the story you won't enjoy it as much, but personally I believe this is the better version, I don't know yet if it's the BEST but for now it's the better.
I may (may not) edit this review after watching the other two to say which is my favourite.

Beautiful slice of life drama
I'm not a fan of melodramas, specially the ones involve disabilities. But I like the cast so I gave it a try and I dare say it was spectacular even if it's not my usual cup of tea.
The cast was fantastic in portraying their characters and their struggles, my favourite character is Minato, tbh I didn't care about the leads at all, nor any of the side characters, I was so in love with Minato and my only wish was that he gets his happy ending with a partner that would let him do what makes him genuinely happy.
Alas, they didn't show him as much in the second half, forcing me to just cheer up for the leads and ignore everyone else.
But I'm still not over Minato, he is the cutest and loveliest person I've ever saw in a drama.
The story is simple and we can easily predict it but it's not a crime mystery so we can just enjoy the ride.
I don't know if anyone else noticed that but there is one thing that I find odd, not something I hate per se, it's just made me feel slightly weird, which is the way different characters say the exact same thing in the following scene, like when they want to explain one of the character's behaviour or show what's on their mind, and in the next scene another character saying the same thing, and that happened quite a few times.
Overall a very nice drama, prepare some tissues if you are sensitive.

There is a reason people like this version.
Not only is it shorter and walks direct to the point, it actually has better characters. The ML here is nicer, of course he starts as a douchebag but half way through the "a little over 2 hours" show, he reaches his redemption arc and he becomes nicer and help the FL, also we can clearly see the process of falling in love with the FL, and he calls out the SFL for her wrong deeds, as far as I remember we didn't have all that in the other version, or at least not clearly shown.
That been said, this is why I think this version is a bit bland as it doesn't differ from other shows that much, except maybe for the ML natural acting, I haven't seen him before on anything and I liked him here so I'm probably going to check out his other shows.
The FL is a punch bag in both versions so nothing to say about anything except maybe this one has different ending and better way of seeking justice for the FL against the SFL and her evil deeds.
Overall nice show, short and lighter, better or more appropriate and less repulsive ML and SML, also less screen time showing the FL being humiliated and hurt.

That was completely... Unnecessary
I don't know what to say except for ... What's the point.Aside for the not really needed fan-service ( you know what I mean) there is nothing "special" about this.
We have half an episode the two leads talking about green toilet walls, and the second half is an interview that is very boring and add nothing to the story.
The only 2 things that made me laugh was the way they ended Ken, like really!? No police and no prison or anything, no attornment or paying for his crimes just kill him off the easy way, which was already implied in the last few mins of the last episode in the show but we like to make sure he is dead so we kill him properly this time. ~~
Also I liked that Kelvin asked Veir the question I needed an answer for which is why did he stick to Kelvin and didn't run away!? Why does he even love him after what he did and how can he still be together with him!?
Sadly the answers were very disappointing and didn't make any sense so this was one of the loose ends that they tried to tie it up and failed miserably IMO ~
Aside from that, it was completely skippable, just watch it if you want to see FortPeat in some action or just love the show so much that I want to see more of the very boring life of the characters ~~

Better than expected but for the wrong reasons.
I started it thinking I'm definitely going to be disappointed with something, mostly the story or the pace, and in the second episode I was so confused about the one year ago Vs Chiang Mai Vs present and sometimes in present 6 hours ago .... I mean wtf!? The jumping in timeline is supposed to make us excited or at least intrigued about what is going to happen, alas it didn't, it just made us more confused and in another time I would have skipped or dropped it but I'm kinda glad I stuck to it~~First the story: I liked it for a different reason than i thought i would, not because it was a BL nor because of the chemistry between the leads, I just loved the whole psychological idea about Love Vs Power and how when obsession and mental issues are thrown in the mix it made everything too complicated.
This is probably the first drama that halfway through it I don't wish for a happy end.
I genuinely wished Veir and Kelvin wouldn't be together, because of the amount of pain and hurt Kelvin has inflicted on Veir.
And I understand he had his redemption arc but still I couldn't like him as much, I accept the ending but let's say, if it was a more realistic end, I'd like it more ~~
Characters are slightly odd, we have fathers that literally hate their kids lol why, no idea, and the way Veir was not so kidnapped by Kelvin, like why don't you just leave, mate? And maybe call the cops or ask you father for help!! Just do something!! Why are you willingly staying with someone so f**ed up in the head like that, and don't, please don't give me the "he loves him" reason cause I'll literally puke!!
Also, I wasn't a fan of Kelvin but I like how they made him bipolar and depressed also let's not forget the childhood trauma and daddy issues that he has, I mean with a mixture like that it's kinda understandable what he did, on the other hand, the way they made Veir so forgiving and - for a playboy- a hopeless romantic, it didn't make any sense.
I chose to write this review after watching the special episode, and despite skipping most of it, I admire the fact that Kelvin asked Veir why did he fall for him? And why is he so nice and forgiving?
Unfortunately, the writer gave us the right questions, but not the right answers!! Wth Veir? Your answers doesn't make any sense, if you had simply said "that's what the director instructed" I'd have accepted that more, but to give us no reason that would make us understand your selfless behaviour towards someone who tricked you, hurt you, kidnapped you, and was the main cause for your BFF death, not to mention causing your dad's company to go bankrupt, and guilt-trap and trick you... I can go on btw ~~ this gotta be the worst Stockholm syndrome story ever ~
Overall, I loved the psychological mix, but the overall execution had so many flaws and things that I didn't like, however I have to be fair and say that I enjoyed this show so I rated it higher than I thought I would ~~

Uninteresting characters in a very dull and slow story
I was waiting for something to happen but the show went on as slow as a snail with literally nothing going on.Just two one-dimention characters going on with Their lives, and that life is very boring.
Maybe if you like very slow and simple stories that has nothing going on you may like it, but I couldn't even like the characters so I was bored to death.
It doesn't even matter if this was BL or not, the story itself is telling us nothing and that's why I was very disappointed.
I wouldn't recommend it at all, there are many other simple stories with more interesting characters than this one ~~

Boring
That was terrible, and I'm very disappointed, specially with this cast, so you have a super fantastic Actress in the lead role and you give her that character?? Really?? Such a wasted potential. And I only mentioned the FL cause Han JiMin is so versatile and even her bad dramas are good, but nothing can save this show!!
The thing I hated the most was how the FL behaved with the two MLs, like she was so indecisive and childish, like why do you even go to blind dates? What's the point, you literally don't check them at all!! And you don't even give them a proper No or Yes or anything, instead you just wait for them to do the next step, even with one of the dates when she wanted to cut him off, she literally asked her friend to do that for her, and when that friend didn't deliver that message for whatever reason, she went along with the second date instead of telling him that through a phon call or something, and I know it's not exactly great manners, but if you don't like someone be honest! At least stand by your choices!!
The ML was so direct, right from the beginning, but they made them take a tiny step by step, they even kissed without making anything clear! I mean, I'm not saying once they kisses it's a done deal, they can get caught in a moment or something, but when the SML directly and openly pursues her, she didn't tell him she is considering the ML, nor did she care about his effort, she just went along!! Even after she started a vague relationship with the ML she went to a date with the SML, just why? You started a stable relationship with a guy who adores you, why two timing?
I won't dwell much longer, long story short, the characters are just bad, and the FL was my least favourite if I ever had a favourite ~
Definitely not recommended ~~

But this is even better~
It has a beautiful hidden message, a very nice advocation for studying and working hard to achieve your dreams.
The characters all are lovely and funny, the best when you have a long stressful week and decide to watch it to release some stress.
No braincells are needed, just fun and cuteness ~
Highly recommended

Not bad
I've finally finished it, I struggled through the last 5 episodes but I did it.First of all, I've not seen the OG, so I had nothing to compare this version to, and I think that's why I rated it higher despite the negative comments here I found it entertaining.
Secondly, I like to point out that I don't watch many lakorns, but I understand they have their unique pattern, like too stretched unnecessarily, and many side characters can be killed easily, also they look like they are low on the budget with funny makeup and effects, not to mention the weak acting/editing/directing and so, however that doesn't affect how entertaining they are if you can stomach these stuff.
1- I liked the two leads and their dynamic relationship, the beginning was more funny tbh, cause the fake beard and overactive Khun Yai made me laugh so I couldn't take anything seriously and I couldn't see him scary at all also I love Toey so I enjoyed watching him in a quirky silly role.
2- nice chemistry between the leads, I don't know why some complains about the chemistry, they fit together enough to enjoy the show, one thing I didn't like was the fake kisses, I can't believe they still rely on camera angles and hair to made them look like they are kissing, but I understand that they do that in most lakorns and we still got some real light kisses too so it doesn't matter much.
3- as I said before, lakorns tend to have too many drama unnecessary making them too stretched and have too many skippable episodes which is why I struggled in the last 5 episodes, I wanted it to end at ep20 max, and it'd have too much drama already.
4- they killed many side characters, but not the ones I wanted dead lol but I can't say that's a negative thing tbh, it just bothered me a little.
5- too evil characters that tend to be unbeatable, the madam was too much, I'm thankful the overacting here wasn't too much, actually I can stomach that much, I've seen worse, but she is so powerful in a very unrealistic way.
6- too many characters in general, I don't understand why they have to cast that much side characters they added nothing to the story tbh.
Overall, entertaining lakorn, not bad but not great either, if you, like me, is intrigued by the story and like the lead then you will enjoy it ~
Final thing, I understand some people compares this version to the OG calling it worse, I wouldn't know, I couldn't find the OG anywhere to give it a try, so I respect that opinion, to each his own, but I believe this version deserves to be considered too and I think the leads did great so,... recommend show ~
