First of all, this is the second time I've watched the drama and I really like it. Unfortunately, even the second time I don't warm to ML's way of acting.
Please bear in mind that this is just an expression of my personal opinion. But for me, his facial expressions are off putting. He has the same facial expression for most of the drama and when he changes it, it seems very unnatural to me. His eyes kind of stare most of the time.. I don’t know. It’s just not for me.
Nonetheless, the drama is great. I especially like FL. She does an awesome job portraying her role.

I believe natural law distinguish concerning the crime, and that’s why QY got a punishment related to his crime: meddling with human life /death = living as a human, being trapped in the circles of life. While XZ destroyed /froze parts of the sea (which isn’t necessary related to the life of S, so it doesn’t matter if she’s in human form or a phoenix (not a chicken, to add as a side note)). Wasn’t QYs love interest a human? 🤔 I think a god saving a human life out of his personal interest is a pretty big crime against natural law.. At least it’s another kind of crime than XZs. (That’s just the way I interpreted it)

I miss this drama so much that I started to watch BTS for the first time in my life. But that only caused so much more pain, cause it made me realize I love the actors in every aspect. They put so much hard work in this drama.. I feel like I’m overflowing with emotions 🥲❤️
He’s got an overwhelming natural charm. From the first moment watching The Legend of Shen Li I felt this warmth in my heart while seeing his character, and after watching BTS, I realized that’s his aura through and through. ❤️

This is such a flimsy thing to use to cause a dumb misunderstanding, I can’t tell you how much I hate this part of the storyline 🙄
