Aaaaaaaahhhhh I just saw the trailer, I’m literally going crazy, how perfect is this??? 😱❤️❤️❤️❤️ The chemistry, the story, the actors….how am I supposed to wait till December 😭😭😭
2. They take him to the woods to bury him. 3. Four ladies dig quite a deep hole to bury him in.4. Solemnly, they…
I just laughed so hard, I love your comment, thank you!
It's really fascinating how writers can stretch reality. I mean, describing dead people (at least they would obviously be dead in real life) as people who lack air is pretty imaginative, lol. 😂
I’m on episode 4 and I’m not getting into it - is there hope for me or those that loved this one, were you…
I would say there is still hope. Personally, I was hooked from the start. But I've read many comments from people who only became hooked later on (for example: in episode 7, the setting changes, which was a decisive turning point for some.)
No matter how many times I watch it, I still bawl my eyes out in the last episodes... (even though I already know…
They are together from the start and are smitten with each other from the start. In my opinion, it's not as frustrating to watch as other dramas, so don't worry, it's definitely worth a try (in episode 30, they get together with a bang (literally 😂), but they kiss long before that episode and a lot happens beforehand).
I'm sorry to say this, but in my opinion, this series is a disappointment. They obviously had a huge budget, so why couldn't they hire better writers? The sets, CGI effects, costumes and actors were clearly high quality, but the plot fell far short of the same standard. It's a real shame (imo)
I'm watching it again right now. It's worth it every time, I still love it very much. Best main couple of all…
No matter how many times I watch it, I still bawl my eyes out in the last episodes... (even though I already know it ends well). I'm so happy about the last episode and the healing it brings.
But I still long to see the baby and the happy ending for Shen Li's parents 🥲.
Loved the ending, but I could totally do with one more ep (watching them being happy and/or jealous and/or having a good time (and/or se** time 😋) together 😜❤️
(By the way, I remember reading the manga a long time ago and they both played their roles on point, that was amazing!! But especially Wada Masanari totally caught my interest with his acting)
Okay, now for my review after watching the entire series:The last two episodes were a bit disappointing for me...…
Apparently, the brain tumor was only added in the series. In the novel, there were other conflicts, but ML was perfectly healthy and not on the verge of death. Honestly, I would have preferred them to stick to the novel; I would have liked that much better. I'm not a big fan of unnecessary overdramatization. 🫤
I watched it all in one go, it was great! The first episode grabbed me right away, so many emotions and new twists everywhere, it was so refreshing!😍❤️
I love Japanese BL series because they always reach a deeper level. Even though I'm a little disappointed that after “Taikan Yoho” there are too many setbacks in the intimacy scenes (no deep kisses, only very limited physical contact...), I can once again overlook this in favor of the narrative and emotional depth. But nonetheless I still keep wishing for more progression in intimacy scenes.
But anyway, loved the series and will definitely come back to rewatch in the future ❤️❤️❤️
It feels like a one-man show (or rather a one-Pond show)... His acting performance is great, but everything else falls short? I mean, Peterpan has only one facial expression for 75% of the show, and the plot has significant gaps in my opinion.
Overall, I don't understand the hype, but okay, everyone has their own opinion 🤷♂️
(BUT I would totally watch a spin-off of Janine and Veynai, they kind of made my day)
I really liked her in Glass heart, her smile while playing the drums carried all the emotions necessary, great performance! 👏👏👏 I hope she gets more main roles in the future
I came for Satoh Takeru's devilish grin and stayed for Miyazaki Yu's sweet smile. 😍
Okay, now for my review after watching the entire series: The last two episodes were a bit disappointing for me... One thing that really made me sad was that the brother wasn't really part of the series anymore. He appeared quite often at the beginning (and totally grew on me), but in the last part, which dealt with the spoiler about ML, he wasn't allowed to say anything, even though they're brothers? I just found that disappointing.
I don't know the novel, but given the diagnosis, I wonder if this is really a happy ending, as so many say. I mean, in real life... let's not talk about sad things 😅🫣 (feel free to spoiler me if there’s more info in the novel, please)
All in all, I stand by what I said above: I came for the handsome devil (even though I don't like the roles he plays... but at least I like this one a better than the last one) and honestly stayed for the good music and especially for FL! Her smile/happy face was great, she played her passion for music so well 👏👏👏🫶

(Oh and kudos for Machida Keita 😌❤️)
