The 62 episode journey is over. I think I may have a bit of a different perception of the second season, given that I watched both seasons at once and it felt more like one long drama rather that 2 seasons.

Admittedly, the second season is indeed not as good as the first one and it's primarily because of the (non-existent) battles and the way Cang Xuan was basically just handed the whole Dahuang instead of actually having to fight for it. Another reason, is because this was clearly built as one long drama and the second season is just a conclusion of everything the characters have worked for and it's at the part where the story slows down.

As a whole, flaws aside, I loved both seasons (although not equally).

That's why we're all still living in this comment section.

I'm glad I only watched LYF now and avoided the fan wars

I feel the same. I'm just happy when the dramas I want to watch actually come out, but before that I try not to think about them too much.

That sounds exciting. I'll just wait till all the episodes air. It sounds like it will be a pain to wait for new episodes.

10. Did you rewatch a drama in 2024?

Well, we were all there for the TTEOTM rewatch, so that's obvious.

I also rewatched Eternal Love as it was made available on Netflix in my region (only now). Admittedly, I had to skip some parts.

I'd say The Double. There was a lot I liked about this drama.

The friendship between the main leads in LGIEF

I haven't made a plan yet. Now that first episode of TTEOTM sounds very tempting.

I think that might have also been the reason why I ended up dropping it. What made Strong Woman Do Bong Soon great for me were the characters. The characters in Strong Girl Nam Soon were not engaging and together with a boring plot, it didn't measure up to the first one.

I agree that it was better and funnier in the beginning. Obviously as the show progressed it had to move on to more serious plotlines and that's when it suffered for me.

I've been meaning to watch that one as well.

That's on my list too. My list is very long, so hopefully it doesn't get lost among all the other dramas I want to watch. The days are too short

Baby ADG .... That sounds cute

The FL and the relationship between the main leads was the best part if this drama. They were very much equals. However, the story was a little all over the place and lacked focus. The villains were also very ineffective and a lot of the characters didn't have any lasting impact on the story. It had potential , but was kept from being great by these shortcomings.

It's not as good, and for me personally just wasn't worth the time. There was just too much that I didn't like. Of course it doesn't mean that you'll hate it too.

It's very cute. I really liked the main team.
